My last service call was in 2016 and was 5 stars, and Patrick Reilly still gets 5 stars…read more My 19 year old dishwasher decided to squirt water on the kitchen floor. Mr. Reilly diagnosed the problem as a leaky housing, which costs almost as much as a new washer. He advised against repairing it. While he was here I asked him to replace the belt on my clothes washer. It wasn't spinning up to speed like it should. On examination, the old belt was starting to fail at the splice, so it was replaced. Now my clothes dry in half the time. Service was excellent. Calls were answered. Questions were answered. Arrival was on time as promised.

He stripped the water intake connection had I to replace the water connect on the washer and left me with a dismantled washer as he didnt know how the replace the connect. He then would not return to fix what he broke. I had to buy a new washer. Lost @ $1000 with John taking the 2 units and braking the washer which I then had to buy a new one.

I put in a quote request through Yelp and Buffalo Appliance Heating & Cooling was the first to respond and came out the same day! Mike (the owner) was extremely kind and helpful for something that ended up being such a small job. I was just too afraid of risking something getting broken and would end up being a way bigger job. His price was extremely reasonable and he had mentioned if I have anymore issues he would come back free of charge. I would definitely use this company if I should experience any issues in the future.

Your store manager has repeatedly threatened and demanded payment on damaged items "or else..." You can not legally charge for damaged items and your store manager has refused to discount the items even after realizing that my schedule conflicts with your store hours and i am never available when your store is open therefor the obvious answer is to discount the damaged items which your store manager refuses to do. I have all recordings of all covversations and i will be contacting the FBI and FTC as well as the NY attorney general's office for consumer fraud, making false statements, threatening "action" and demanding payment on damaged goods and conspiring to defraud me. I asked for the executive office phone number 3 times today at 716-881-1815 and the store manager as well as 2 associates refused the executive phone number. I will be contacting my lawyer and filing a lawsuit in civil court. The dryer still sits unopened and unused, I am not paying full price for damaged items. Your delivery men documented the damage so your store is very well aware of what was damaged and how. If they try to alter the damage report they are committing a felony by falsifying documents. Today, the parts, service and repair people who were in the back have expanded to the entire facility and are keeping up the tradition of excellence. My 19-year-old dishwasher finally wore out. Me, being "thrifty" aka "cheap" priced a new one at Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot before heading here. Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. The dishwasher I wanted was on display in the front of the store. The knowledgeable salesperson knew the price and answered my questions. Within a minute I knew the price here was better than any of the big box prices. I ordered my dishwasher on the spot. It was in stock, delivered, and installed at the date and time promised. Bravo!

We purchased a d/w and a OTR microwave, and paid for installation. The mess that was left behind was no where near "broom clean." In addition, when we opened our front door later in the evening, we found boxes, plastic wrapping, parts, etc strewn across our steps! the employees had entered thru our rear door, so we had no idea they had left such a mess behind. not only was the d/w poorly installed, it took us sending multiple photos and e/mails and making several phone calls to get someone out to correct the issue. We try to support local companies, but when friends purchased appliances for less money from one of the big boxes, had no installation problems and no debris left behind, why would anyone shop at orvilles? Past experience certainly no longer predicts current service.
