Chris Adams the operations manager in Longview, TX has hindered my company getting paid. She signed my agreement that stated we are paid upon completion. We completed the job on March 6th. Well she lied and after 60 days of completion we have not received a check. Contractors beware!!!! My contact in Houston keeps telling me the check is in the mail. This was sent April 21st. This company isn't trying to take care of their financial responsibility and Chris Adams is a thief and liar. She purposely didn't send my invoice to the proper person. She should be fired. I received a Mother's Day present from my son that he paid over $1400.00 cash. The item was a Louie Vuitton that they carry from What Goes Around Comes Around! It was a gift and has all tags and yellow POP sticker on the tag. He also has the receipt. Unfortunately, the bag is too small and the handle does not fit my arm. The item is useless to me and I asked for a return, exchange, or in store credit. I was denied and now my son is out $1400.00 for a piece of crap! DO NOT BUY ANY designer bags from Dillards! Dillards has gone so far downhill since Covid (or maybe even before?), it's no longer worth spending money there. The clothes are beautiful, but they're all cheap made Chinese fabric that you can't even throw in the dryer. On top of that, they charge you a small fortune, and rather than give you a discount while you're actually spending tons of money with them, they give you this 10% off coupon later to make you come back and shop more. Pretty fancy for Longview. They have a variety of posh diamond encrusted things, work hippy dippy merchandise as well. Since stage closed down, it's easily the biggest store at LV mall. read more

Terrible experience. They left an empty clothes rack sticking out into the isle. I bent over to look at a shirt on the lower shelf and hit my head on the arm of the rack that was sticking out into the isle. I received a one inch cut on my forehead. Some blood and LOTS of embarrassment. A lady from the corporate office in Little Rock called to find out what happened. Her concern was 'did the people working in the store offer to help?' No!! They just stood there and looked. Her reply 'I'll have to talk to them and get them to help more'. Then she said "I'll call you tomorrow". I guess that she forgot to call. I'm still waiting for a phone call from her. Been about a week. I wasn't going to sue Dillard's for this. I thought that they might offer me a gift certificate or something. It was there fault that I had a one inch cut on my forehead. I guess, like most of the Big stores, that they don't really care about their customers. It's all just $$$$$$.
