A couple weeks ago I came to Dilliards to buy a new out fir for an upcoming job interview, and I recently moved to this area and wasn't familiar with the stores layout. As I was trying to find what I was looking for I was assisted by a very nice women, her name was Weezie (I hope I spelled that right). She was super nice, helpful, and funny. They deserve 0 stars. Back in 2021 I was wrongfully terminated and completely lied on after giving amazing service to customers and never being in any drama or trouble at work. I stand up for myself, and I am fired instead of them taking accountability for being stalked and harrassed by the shoe department manager (whom was NOT my manager I worked for). I thought my manager would take up for me but she DID NOT & sided with the other manager of course. Also, upon them firing me, they still to THIS VERY DAY owe me $200 of commission that I EARNED. I called for 2 weeks after the termination and they refused to issue me the money that I made. Faster forward to this year, I was told about a job opening at Bobbi Brown. I was in contact with Christine for about a week!!! She told me she would look to see if I'm re-hire able, but I got no response. So I called her back just to follow up, I got on the phone with her & I stated my name, SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Instead of letting me know that unfortunately I wasn't able to get re-hired, she took it upon herself to be unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend anyone who has values, morals & principals to apply here. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with unprofessional higher-ups, wrongful treatment of employees, constant drama, and devaluing people who do not care about your best interest or well being. Dillard's is one of those stores that I have shopped in for many years and keep returning due to familiarity more than "the latest trends" or perhaps the nicest showroom. Dillard's, as compared to many of the local clothing stores will have a higher level of brand names and prices that follow accordingly. You will not find Walmart prices in here so if your used to paying $16 for jeans you will be sorely disappointed. However, if you want Calvins, Polo, or Cremieux brands you will find them here. You will also find top brands for shoes and backpacks by Tumi which are hard to come by is any other local retailers. The downsides are that sales seem to be hit or miss outside of big holidays and the overall feel of the store is a little dated. I look past that though and enjoy shopping here. Enjoy! read more

I bought two pairs of the same jeans - same fit, brand and size. My husband tried one on and it fit fine. I washed them. The second pair was super big. They refused to allow an exchange because they had been washed. Even though there was some sort of issue which should make them not fit for resale. The manager never spoke to me. They just relayed the message over the phone. $100 down the drain. I left the jeans with the cashier. Awful customer service. My husband has a closet full of these jeans. These are the first ones that don't fit. I guess they're pushing people to shop online. I'll be happy to oblige. read more

Today my bf and i went into the dillards mens clothing for the sole purpose of picking an outfit (pants, shirt, shoes, ect.) for a job interview he had coming up. He was willing to pay full price for name brand clothes and money really wasn't a problem. After about 5-10 minutes of looking around we were not approached by any salepeople. I decided to approach a lady who was standing at the counter talking to a other salesperson (btw they were not busy in that area at all) since we were having trouble finding a size shirt that fit. She showed me some different sizes in the color we were looking at and stayed close. We shopped for about at hour and the whole time she was staying very close and watching us and we had problems with sizing the whole time. She stood there and watched while i came in and out of the dressing room time after time looking everywhere for different sizes. She stood and and offered no help. Talking to her was very uncomfortable, like talking to a brick wall. My boyfriend was telling her the problems he was having with sizing and she would reply " okay " and not move let alone offer any advice. When we went to leave empty hand she sprinted after us to finally ask us if we had found anything. She came off as more of a quiet creeper in the distance then a salesperson read more
