When i finally got through, the associate was very rude, and clearly didn't have interest in helping me find my item. Didn't even ask what the item was or what my name and number for contact would be. It's obvious that i won't be getting my item, even though im almost positive the cashier just forgot to place it in my bag. Bummer, I spent good money on it too :(

While we were checking out, an elderly woman walked up behind us, clearly a little confused. The cashier, Dasia, repeatedly asked her--at least five times--if she had pressed the call button, in a very abrupt tone. The woman looked embarrassed and didn't seem to understand what was being asked of her. It just felt unnecessarily harsh. I completely understand retail can be stressful, but a little patience and kindness, especially with older customers, would go a long way. Hoping this was just an off moment, because I've had better experiences here before.
