I came here with a friend looking for some house decor/care. It's typically a place where you have to sorta dig to find what you really are looking for, which worked for me. I got some art crafts supplies, plumbing items, and even a few dresses. I love the options that they have for dresses, but you have to be careful because some of the styles does look pretty cheap. Clean and has plenty of options to look at if you're just strolling around in there with no mission. I actually enjoyed this Ross rather than the one in Willow Lawn or Short Pump. The check out registry was a lot faster at this location than the others! I mainly check the Ross in Willow Lawn whenever I need to make a trip to the craft store next door (AC Moore). This Ross location is close to a Michael's.

I've been vegan for 20 years (since 2003) and been buying vegan children's footwear for 18 years. For that entire time I've had to comb through the tongues to find out if shoes were made of animal body parts or not. Like most conscientious lifestyle decisions, shopping only vegan can be time-consuming but the process of buying vegan footwear for my family just got SO MUCH SIMPLER. Thanks guys!!!

I came looking for a pair of shoes, the clearance was the first stop. The shoes were thrown everywhere and not organize at any way and sizes were not accurate with the box. Made my way to the regular price shoes. I found a decent pair advertised for 54.99 compared to 74.99. After price comparing them online it seemed comparable to amazon, a couple bucks more. At the checkout she told me my total with 75, but I informed her that they were on sale. She checked the box and said they weren't. I had no interest in going back to the shelf and showing her the sign, and it was the same shoes. So I left without making a purchase. So be wary if you attempt to find shoes, take a picture of the sign so you don't have to go back because apparently they aren't aware of their sales.

I always get her foot measured before I buy her new shoes, so I'm not sure why they couldn't do this. The employee then asked what size shoe she wore, I told her and she proceeded to tell me that they didn't carry her shoe size, even though I have purchased shoes for her at the same chain (different location) before. The employee just seemed uninterested in assisting me, so I ended up leaving. This store is very convenient to my home and I hate that I don't want to visit again due to this experience.
