The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. There is no communication what so ever. They honestly just lack basic kindness overall. From being ignored, phone calls not returned, literally hung up on, interrupted.. i can go on and on here. And the therapist herself hasn't reached out either so she's just as acccountable. 10/10 would NOT ever use these people. It makes me truly concerned for others struggling mentally, no one should have to deal with these types of obstacles while trying to better themselves.

She told me what the appointment would cost without coverage. I agreed but said due to the circumstances I would need to be billed I couldn't pay it upfront. I was told that would be fine and the appointment was scheduled. When I arrived I was denied care because I did not have the payment, that I was told I wouldn't need. If you need mental healthcare find it elsewhere, these people clearly don't really care if your in crisis or not!
