My results were not delivered to me but another family member which was really irresponsibly as per HIPPA. Due to that wrong information was not passed back to me. I didn't find this out till months later when needing results for work and going on the lab website to retrieve them. Another is that one of my relatives who has trouble with technology had asked me to help them on retrieving their results as well. However, when inputting their name no results were found! It's been over 2 months past the appointment in which they had gone to the lab to get test done!! So then we tried called the office to ask what was going on and they just told us that it was our own responsibility to figure out the test and call it in ourselves?? How great, you write the order but can't help us retrieving it. Well thanks for nothing. I was actually able to retrieve the results after going through papers that were kept after each appointment/ order. Thank goodness these papers were saved! And the reason to why we couldn't find the result? The name was incorrect! How is the name incorrect?? They have done test here prior and received results, but this time and this test just happened to be a different name when there was no chance in the name of the ID given or the insurance card? Anyway, thanks for the past care that we received here. We will not be coming back.

Luckily, she took me under her wing as one of her patients. Dr. Pick went out of her way to write a letter to get my insurance to cover my extensive Psychological Testing that was required to help her make a correct diagnosis (Bi-Polar Type 1) and later to help me register for Social Security for Individuals with Disabilities. Over the years, Dr. Pick has monitored me closely to choose the best medications for my illness, and she has made adjustments as needed. Dr. Pick worked with me and helped me in deciding how to best re-enter the workforce with my given limitations. She has guided me through four different career changes so I have been able to continue to thrive as a productive member of society. Dr. Pick has expertly guided me by sending me to other excellent specialists when she knew I needed their expertise and would benefit from their services; e.g. Endocrinologist, Neurologist, Sleep Specialist, Psychologist, for my Psychological Testing and for My Bi-Polar Diagnosis. Dr. Pick worked tirelessly on a weekly basis to correct my problem with Dyskinesia. My symptoms are now gone from her excellent medication management and careful monitoring. I would highly recommend Dr. Pick to anyone suffering with Mental Illness. After the study that came out last year explaining the benefits of Vitamin D he will most likely make you take some of that (since 99% of people are deficient). I don't know what the health effects (including negative) are but I've been trying to take it when I remember and get more sun. The parking garage is expensive. They really need to validate parking here.

On 6/7/19 I paid $185.00 for an office visit because, although Dr. Musher is a network provider with United Healthcare, he wanted to take enough payment in case I had not met my deductible. On 8/17/19 my wife (under whose name his office staff had mistakenly filed the insurance claim) called and spoke with the office staff about an EOB showing that I was responsible for only $51.23 and that Dr. Musher owed me a refund of $133.77. UnitedHealthcare had informed me that Dr. Musher was paid electronically on 6/26/19 and was in breach of his network-provider contract by failing to refund me within 30 days. The office staff promised a refund within the week. When a refund that did not arrive as promised, my wife called on 9/5/19 and spoke to Dr. Musher himself. Dr. Musher solicited my wife's agreement that I subscribe to his concierge service. Pressuring her, he told her I had health issues for which he had advised follow-up care. His disclosing my private medical information without my authorization violated HIPAA law. Moreover, this high-pressure marketing of a concierge service in an attempt to credit the $133.77 to concierge subscription fees instead of issuing me a refund check was inappropriate, unprofessional, and unfair and deceptive in violation of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act. I received my refund, but only after two telephone requests, one-and-a-half months from the time of the first request, and two-and-a-half months from the time that my health insurance paid Dr. Musher. In sum, Dr. Musher engages in unfair and deceptive trade practices relating to billing and to inappropriate and unprofessional solicitation for his concierge service, as well as unauthorized disclosure of private medical information. I do not recommend this doctor for anyone.
