From the moment we arrived, the staff was gentle, sympathetic, and incredibly understanding. They helped create a calm and peaceful environment during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can experience. Their pricing was very fair, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any point. The sweetest touch was receiving a handwritten sympathy card afterward -- such a thoughtful gesture that truly meant a lot to me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate veterinary team.

It's his fault I found Milo dead over one month ago--he always delighted in giving Ava her allergy injection (and my Monjauro injection. He is on a green juice diet yet always inhaled the food Neal and I paid for with our Medicare and Supplemental Insurance. Last year I asked him if he would take care of Milo (as you know he passed), Frisky, Fern and Ava. The other cats were always jealous of Ava because I had her when I had to put Danny and Toby down last year. Frisky would always fight with Milo because an ASU graduate rescued Milo from an asshole family in gated Cave Creek who let their German Shepherd use Milo is a 'chew toy!' Real funny! ANIMAL ABUSE!!! The nurse was going into law enforcement and wouldn't give me their name or address, but I kept her contact information. Milo got her female cat pregnant. She offered one of Milo's babies last year but it would have been too much for me. I rescued Pepper from some stupid girl and boyfriend in Gilbert. CityVet has all of those records of how much I spent on her and one other cat. We paid Joseph $1,000 a month on top of how very well he got paid from his boss, Jan Malone of LiveWell Senior Management in Tempe. Joseph knew I was in CBI-CPEC (psych hospital on E Javelina in East Mesa). That's where the dumbass cop hauled me away in handcuffs along with my Saluda Spinal Cord Stimulator not working. I was extremely upset after finding Milo dead at 10:00 PM and wiped his glassy eyes--told him to LIVE all the way in my car to VEG ER ANIMAL EMERGENCY HOSPITAL West of Chandler (by Lowe's). When the vets told me Milo had died, I about had a nervous breakdown. I had a glimmer of hope that they could save Milo--I said I was going to 'kill' Neal (everyone knows how much I love Neal. On October 20th it will be our 42nd anniversary! Some anniversary finding Milo dead!! I promised that cop that I'd take his BADGE AND I PROMISE YOU THAT I WILL!! He and Joseph can go to CBI-CPEC for OVER A MONTH then live out their days in jail!! Jan at LiveWell told me last week when I was at Tempe Behavioral Heath that Joseph has been 'very good to us!' I told her we have been very good to Joseph. I want to get Chloe and Walter back-- he said 'good luck with that then wished me a good life!!' He said that I was a 'sick woman' and needed a lot of help!! We now have to lock the door to the garage. I do fear for our lives.

Previously I would speak so highly of this office, but I've stopped recommending them and have been debating looking for a new vet. I don't know if every time I call they're having a bad day, so they gotta make it EVERYONES problem, but the attitudes need to change. I work in an emergency room, I know how to talk to people, and some of the way these receptionist and techs talk really need to check themselves. Disappointed in this office and how they don't seem to care anymore. Maybe it's all about money nowadays but I want a vet that will listen to me or send in a prescription same day if that's what the office tells me they're going to do, do better Oasis. I don't have children, I have my dogs so this isn't something I take lightly, my pets are my family and it doesn't seem like oasis cares about them. ***I wrote the above review for google 9 months ago and have since switched Vets.*** Oasis did call me to go over my complaints but that did not really do anything in the long run. Following my complaint and phone call, my dog unfortunately had an allergic reaction in January of this year. I called and scheduled an appointment but they had nothing for about a week. I asked what dose they recommended with his weight for Benadryl and the front office said they would call me back. They never did. This office has truly gone down in quality.

This is long for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S A MONEY GRAB FOR POOR CARE…read more My longtime vet retired, and I was referred to Oasis and Dr. Tenney (who was excellent), only to find he was retiring too. Since then, every experience at this clinic has been poor. My most recent visit (June 2026) was for my 5‑month‑old puppy with clear UTI symptoms: blood in urine, straining, one episode of vomiting/soft stool. I requested a urinalysis. Dr. Cailey O'Donnell examined her, agreed she looked healthy, then suddenly pushed a long list of tests and meds--fecal test, bloodwork, X‑rays, probiotics, anti‑vomit meds--before even seeing the urinalysis results. I declined and asked to wait. Twenty minutes later Dr.O'Donnell rushed in saying, "She doesn't have a UTI, she has crystals and needs prescription food for life." This made no sense--especially for a puppy with a first‑time issue. My questions were met with rapid, dismissive explanations about pH levels and diet. Both times I asked about antibiotics for the bloody, frequent urination, I was ignored. She left again, and the rest of the visit consisted of the tech going to the back SIX separate times because the doctor wouldn't return to answer basic questions as -why I was being given adult prescription food for a puppy and answered with, "because that's what they had in stock". After two hours of this chaos & no actual resolution to the blood in her urine, I left with the food, food perscription a bunch of 'just in case' gastro-meds' in hand & no antibiotics. The visit cost $406. Back home, my puppy urinated dark blood and continued straining in misery. I had no choice but to give her leftover antibiotics from my recently deceased dog and booked a next‑day appointment elsewhere. When I re-read the Oasis urinalysis that Dr, O'Donnell handed me herself, it clearly stated my puppy had a UTI and her pH was normal. She it read incorrectly. The second clinic confirmed the findings on the Oasis's report after I asked them to run their own since Oasis had also made an error & ran theirs twice. The analysis showed the "crystals" were minimal and typical of a UTI. That visit cost another $325 because I couldn't rely on Oasis's diagnosis. Sadly, this wasn't my only bad experience in under a year: 1. Vet 1 - Early on, our puppy had frequent urination issues. Upon a visual visual check, Oasis ruled out a UTI without doing a urinalysis--just a late‑day urine concentration test that came back diuted (of which would be the norm at that time of day) but the Vet raised concern-($100). We were told to collect a early morning sample for a second test that came back in range. ($100). When we asked if the frequency was normal for a young female or a concern, the vet shrugged and said, "Could be." A month later, our puppy has a severe UTI. 2. Vet - 2 My cat had a lump, but the vet ws more focused on selling vaccines instead of examining the lump. When question she breezed passed it saying it was normal. Forr cats, lumps are not. I had to go elsewhere--paid twice. 3. Vet 3 - When my 7‑year‑old dog suddenly developed bloody stool and severe leg swelling, I couldn't get an Oasis vet to speak with me during eight hours in the ER or the two ER visits that followed. My dog was ultimately diagnosed with IMT(bleeding disorder) and dying. I need to speak with someone I was familiar with. Oasis didn't call until day three--after I had already made every heartbreaking decision alone & confirmed 'I as doing the right thing'. After caring for 6 dogs and 7 cats, I know the basics of animal care. These animals are family. They deserve competent, empathetic care--not upsells, rushed explanations, misread test results & avoidance. I don't need a fancy lobby or free drinks. I need vets, rather ONE vet who knows my pets history & is knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. Oasis is no longer that. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

What an A+ urgent vet care experience…read more I found the spot through reading reviews here on Yelp. Unfortunately, my late, sweet angel of a Bichon Frise has recently passed, however it was extremely helpful to have brought her here to this facility to understand more in depth the severity of her medical issue. Not only is the staff here so friendly and empathetic, they are also punctual, efficient and very honest. My dog sitter ended up taking my dog here one night while we were out of town to deal with her chronic vomiting. The vet caring for her that evening spoke with me directly over the phone to go over treatment options. I thoroughly appreciated her honesty. I ended up having to take my dog back here one night a few weeks later due to the vomiting starting up again and her primary vet also suggested what she's going through needs to be handled at an actual animal hospital. This second visit was just as efficient and also they were kind enough to waive certain fees due to us returning back to them in such a short amount of time. I also like the fact that we're able to use payment plan options via Affirm. That was extremely helpful for me during this previous emotionally tumultuous season. Overall, great urgent animal care location. I highly recommend them.

First, I walked in to verify this was a clinic I would be comfortable bringing my pup to. I was greeted by the front office staff who welcomed me with a smile, answered all my questions, and then arranged Molly's spay. She also had a couple of other features done, and because it was done during the spay time, it cost a bit less, which was an added bonus. On the day of the surgery, we arrived as they requested, spent about 45 minutes waiting (not bad), and I walked Moly back into the surgical room. This allowed me to visually confirm the cleanliness. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! At that time, I met and spoke with the Vet who patiently answered all of my clinical questions, walking me through their procedure, which included placing a small tattoo on the belly so it is known that she is spayed. Molly was absolutely relaxed in their atmosphere. When I came to pick her up, there were the afternoon f/o staff, and they were just as nice! I recommend this clinic for either cats or dogs and feel that pet guardians (owners) will find this a great and caring place for their animals. I considered not coming here for this round even though they did her spay and first round because I wasn't sure how it works with just getting the shots at a surgery center. Like do I have to wait a long time? But no, I arrived a little early and was second in line. I didn't get called back second but I understand they are doing drop offs for surgery's and teeth cleanings but it wasn't a long wait at all. On top of that, everyone here is just amazing. I'll be back in a year when the next round of rabies shots are due and so highly recommend them.
