Joel an his team were there for us right away and able to put on a new roof to satisfy our insurance company. Fast forward 18 months we undertook a massive home remodel that changed our roof line. We hired a different contractor, provided him with matching roof shingles, the end product was terrible and way overpriced! Mike gave several suggestions that saved us money (e.g. the torch-on portion of the roof did not need to be replaced and our gutters just needed minor repairs). He also clarified options that were cosmetic or would improve the roof's lifespan. We especially appreciated that their team really took care of the garden plants around our home and our next-door neighbours told us they were careful. I don't expect to need re-roofing again but will definitely recommend Regan to anyone that needs their roof done and wants the job done right. They went beyond what was expected of them!

Within a week, Arbutus had an estimate to me sent via email and followed up with a hard copy in the mail. I waited at least a month for the others to finally dribble in. After comparing each estimate carefully, and against one another, I decided to go with Arbutus. I hoped the prompt and professional way they handled the estimate would follow through with the actual job. I was right. Within two weeks they were in touch with me to book the job. When finally we got a good day they arrived at 7:30 am and were finished by 4 pm. That's right, the entire job and cleanup was done in one short day. The guys were friendly, professional and did what they could to minimize any inconvenience. I have a neighbour who is GM for a large commercial roofing company and he checked out the job Arbutus did. He was impressed and so am I. Oh yeah, they were also the lowest bidder.

The solar panel installation was halted. I contacted several roofing companies to get assessments on the issue and obtain estimates. It turns out one side of the roof did not have adequate venting and moisture was being absorbed by the plywood. I met with several roofing company representatives and each provided their suggested way to address the issue...and the estimated costs were all over the map. But when I met with the Absolute Roof Solutions sales representative...I knew I had found the right company. They explained what the issue was, how they would address it and the next steps. They followed with a quote and then a follow up conversation with the Project Manager. They picked a date that was to be rain free. The crew showed up on time and they went about their work. Taking 1/2 a roof is not an easy task but they managed to get it done in the one day...and to get the site all cleaned after, including ensuring all debris was removed from both neighbours yards.
