I had them repair some roofing that was not done properly by the contractor who built my house…read more They did a very nice job! I need them to finish some other areas left half finished by the contractor as well. If a contractor who does your roof only interleaves new shingles over valleys in the roof but does not put a vapor barrier down underneath it with a metal cap or cap the edges of the roof with 3 inch layer of metal, you are being screwed over! I have seen many new homes built this way and they will all need to be serviced at some point because of it. These do not comply with best practices in roofing or the building codes for the county, most importantly of all these are improper means of building a roof in the PNW, one of the dampest and most snow laden areas of North America. I had to call in NSS because of contractor negligence.

I recently purchased a home which the home inspector thought could use a roof repair. MT Roofing came out at the specified time, took a look and told me to call them again in approximately 2 years as there was nothing wrong with the roof. Now that is what I call "great service and very ethical". No charge for the call to come and have a look. I would highly recommend MT Roofing - they are there to fix problems if you have any and not out to find problems and charge you unless you really need it.

Busy Boys has just finished re-doing our roof and it's an excellent job…read more From start to finish, it has been a well done job. We opted for Busy Boys because we were impressed with Mike's thoroughness and attention to detail. We took three quotes and his was the middle one but we would have choosen him even if he came in on top. Once the work started, his crew was on time and they were good solid workers. Most of the roof was redone on the first day. We had an aging skylight and Mike recommended it be replace. He was also an authorized installer for that brand. I wish we had had him do the initial install 20 years ago. It was done so quickly and efficiently. We had to compliment the crew for their clean-up. Our deck was cleaner after they were done than it had been. A bit of trash had fallen in our neighbours yard and that was also taken care of. On the final inspection, we noticed a metal bracket sticking up on the corner of the roof and asked Mike about it. To direct rainwater run-off into our gutters. Very nice. It is always a treat to deal with good people and Mike and his crew were definitely that. Job Well done - thank you so much for that

Eco Exteriors did a great job of installing new gutters on my house in North Vancouver in 2018 -…read morethey were friendly & efficient, their price was more than fair & the finished gutters looked good & worked very well. Fast forward to this January when the downspout on my 3 story west facing wall was blown off in a major windstorm and I found it lying in my garden. I'm a widow in my 70s & even if I had a long enough ladder I couldn't fix it myself so I called them expecting a significant service & call out charge. Between COVID & the staffing problems all contractors are having today took it them a while, but two weeks ago they showed up put it back in place and added extra brackets to make sure it didn't come down again - same excellent work as the first time and no charge ! Now that's customer service - if you live in North or West Vancouver & need gutters I highly recommend them

I'm pretty new to this sort of thing and they took the time to explain things as the job got done. They even came back last week (a month later) and installed 3 vents I needed AT NO CHARGE! Quality, fast and accommodating!
