I had a project a few months back that needed to be printed on thicker paper, but I didn't know what it was called. I did my best to explain the type paper/material I wanted and they understood exactly what I needed. They even did measurements for me - I wanted the photo to look like a photo booth print, just bigger. It came out perfect!

I was supposed to have 10,000 postcards. Years ago they would always deliver about 50 postcards over. I contacted them about my last order being short by at least 1000 postcards. They investigated and told me they sent me the correct amount. This time I am going to be sending a screen shot of the count from the post office. The printing quality is good but lately, on my large orders, they have been shorting the number of postcards provided. And not by a little but by a lot. Plus they used to have the option of using recycled paper for my postcards, but not anymore.

I paid $60 to have SBA documents…read morenotarized by Leila who was distracted while helping me, then $101 to record them at the county courthouse. After recording, the SBA notified me that one document was missing the notary's stamp. I had to get everything notarized again and pay to record the documents a second time. This mistake cost me time and money. If you need important documents notarized, I recommend going somewhere else.
