Then when I complained, they wanted me to double the meta ad expense to reach more people. If I got zero business spending $$ with their system, why would I want to spend $$$$. I used this company last year and after a great sales pitch and getting started on my project, they ended up replacing my team. I'm a small business owner and when I signed their 3 month contract they assured me that I could downgrade my monthly fee if I needed to. I ended up downgrading for the third month and they ended up charging me the original rate. It's been almost a year later and I still haven't received my price adjustment refund. They had just kept saying "We have sent your email to our accounting department and someone should get back to your soon." I'm still waiting!! I have worked with the Google PPC consultant Andy for nearly 6 months and have found that our costs per click are waaaay down and our conversion rate is triple what it was when we had another company. Andy provides regular updates and continuously monitors our campaign to make sure that we aren't paying for the wrong clicks. I hired DVC for several months to increase the poor Google ranking of my books (I have published a series of study guides for college students). I was told that I should be patient, that it will take some time before I will see an increase. So I waited until today (June 17, 2021) to take a final look. I went to SEMRush for the data. What I saw shocked me. The position of my books is much worse than it was when I hired DVC. My competitors are still on the first page of the relevant searches but my books either rank on the 5th or 6th page or they have disappeared altogether! I tried my best to be patient with DVC and have given them multiple chances to improve in their services. I have been with them for three months and have been unhappy with my experience from the beginning. I utilized this company to create social media posts and ad content. The posts that were created were very simple and something that a child could do, not worth $700. I provided feedback multiple times and was ignored and delivered with worse designs each time. After one month, and reaching out to multiple supervisors, I was finally given something that I could post. Unfortunately, things did not improve from there. After the ads were posted, I was told that we would have a monthly meeting to discuss changes and implement these changes for the following month. When 30 days passed, I had to contact my CSM multiple times to finally schedule a meeting, which ended up being the first of the following month. I was told the changes that needed to be implemented would be sent to me for approval by Wednesday of the following week. Wednesday came and I didn't hear anything. I reached out to the team and heard zero responses again. Finally, on the 16th of that month, I was told that the ads were not ready yet. This delay is unacceptable as zero ads were being run in the meantime. I contacted my CSM, 2 supervisors, and emailed customer support to ask for a refund for the current month since no content was delivered and the month is halfway over while also canceling my services and again I have received zero responses from this team. It is frustrating when I am working with one of their competitors for Google ads and they met with me in a timely manner, respond to each of my emails, and delivered the new changes for the following month before the previous month was over. This is no way to treat your clients. I would like to add that Fay in web development and Laura in sales worked hard to deliver what I needed for my landing page. Was so happy as I was relatively assured it could be done--even got an approximate quote and time frame. Was told I'd get information Monday and fully expected to move forward. Got a call saying today (Monday) what I wanted was a 'no go.' Not sure why someone without the proper knowledge/expertise continued to talk to me the additional times rather than getting someone who had more experience with the topic at hand--sure could have saved me the hope, time, and trouble. Didn't mind the first correction made the next day--it happens. But today to receive a call that the job couldn't be done? Really disappointing. Hired DVC Digital Visibility Concepts to do Marketing/Ads/Social Media for business and signed on 3/31/21 - was very excited by all that the sales person had to say... It is 21 days later and I have given them notice, removed them from my FB and social media profiles. Starting from the Sales Manager to the director - NOT honest people. They asked what they could offer me so that I would not post anything negative. The team is HORRIBLE - no other way to put it. The ads they created were UGLY, they have NO IDEA how to target an audience, the ad copy didn't match the images they put together (completely different products between the two). They do not answer phone calls, texts, emails in any prompt manner. The new Program Manager - Kristy is worthless. Showed up to our meeting last week - 30 minutes late, without any notice or communication to me. STAY AWAY from this company. My 13 year old could do better ad's then this company! read more

I would like to start out by saying that I gave Digital Visibility Concepts every opportunity to do the right thing. I'm not even going to go into detail about the website development team and what a terrible nightmare they were. This has to do with DVC's "Marketing Team." This company set up ads through my personal Facebook page and my business account both of which they set up for me because I've never owned either. The first red flag to me was when I started getting alerts from Facebook that my account was being restricted from the beginning. They said that I needed to verify my identity at least six times and provide some documents. During that time Facebook started sending me alerts that my both my accounts were being permanently restricted. They said that I had violated Facebook's advertising policies. When I notified Lyn F. who was handling my project of what had happened she informed that I needed to open up a new personal Facebook page and that would solve the problem. I'm here to tell you that it didn't solve the problem but made it worse. I've reached out to Facebook online through their chat as well as speaking to someone on the phone. They informed me of the same things that I already knew. I tried requesting reviews from Facebook but they said that they will not accept any more reviews and their decision was final. Digital Visibility Concepts was running ads before my business had been verified. My business is verified now but it's too late. DVC continually ran ads that violated Facebook's policies. I tried reaching out to Megan C. from DVC's marketing department. She informed me that they hadn't violated any advertising policies because her team never really had access to my account. I had to send her an email from Lyn F. addressed to me. It stated that Lyn F. was removing herself and Amber who was a senior marketing manager from my Facebook business manager account. Lyn F. also stated that she removed the partnership with DVC from the business manager. These steps were taken because I fired their company. I want people to know that this company is not honest. Because of what they have done, they have done irreparable harm to my past, present and future livelihood. I needed help with social media, and I agreed to a sizeable plan. They wanted payment upfront, of course, so I paid $588 before we even got a plan together. Dumb of me, I know. Well, upon discussing social media with the consultant I was assigned, I felt incredibly dumb and annoying. I am autistic, which I had disclosed before that call, and I ask a lot of questions.
