After Marc explained all of my options, he recommended DISH to me based on what I watch on a more frequent basis. Not only that, but it turned out to be cheaper than the Directv equivalent. He took care of the entire switch over process and I didn't need to lift a finger. His installer was very polite and helpful in showing me how to work the system. I definitely recommend using SkySat 20.

I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs. Sky Sats installers were great they were grown men with Experience and new their stuff. I fully indorse sky sat 20 I am happy and would recomend them to anyone If you want dish or direct don't call corporate call sky sat you will get a better experience. Chris is truly a pleasure to work with, and has never let us down. It's not often that you find a vendor who not only knows their area well, but can explain various options in layman's terms that a non-technician can understand. It's refreshing to be able to let Chris know what we want to do, and let him come up with the most efficient and cost effective way to actually do it. Whenever we need new equipment or new components, he always comes through with exactly the products we need at an excellent price point. As a project manager, I work with a multitude of vendors on a daily basis. Chris is truly an exception to the norm and will always have our communications business.
