One asks if you want to speak to a representative. Yes, but no one can speak with me unless I have a tracking # or door code# which is the issue, something that none of the recordings can do. Having been a national Customer Service trainer, I would give FedEx a minus 10 Rating! If I have to mail anything, I will not use FedEX and I will certainly ask those business from where I am expecting deliveries to change to a more dependable delivery service! Any good business should be able to have the ability to answer general questions that recordings do not address!

My office NEVER uses FedEx to ship documents. So I was a bit surprised when I was asked to send…read moresome via this carrier. I can't speak to the printing but I did see some machines that would certainly make a banner if you needed it. I know they do all the coil binding and specialty printing because I recognized the materials and printers. So for presentations or school projects this could be the place for you. Or if you just need a self service copier for a resume on some nice paper...they have that too. My reason to be there was to ship. The young woman i had wait on me was immediately there to assist, did all the paperwork and labeling for me and had me in and out in a few minutes. It really wasn't anymore than the post office. I'll be honest the UPS Store is right on my way to work and I am prone to go there to ship stuff off. But I now know Fed Ex is also a worthy shipper of stuff from the office.

She was very efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful in making my legal packets in a well organized manner. I was a mess due from stress from having to go to court. Hence two years later, Ozzie now a well deserved manager, is still as friendly and welcoming as before. She exudes excellent customer service and still is friendly and welcoming as before. Now, I'm having to go through eviction of people I rented too and have breached the contract. I'm from CA and this is the only UPS store I will come too now when I'm in Las Cruces. This UPS store has good friendly, welcoming and efficient people. They provide excellent customer service all the way around. Thank you Ozzie and Adam.

I…read morefound it strange, but the people at the county building said to prepare for some of the rudest people ever and of course I just brushed it off, thinking that how bad could it actually be? I have never been there before and I walked in and found it to be a very clean establishment and I walked up to the customer service section and was asked if I was here to pick up an order and I said no I just needed some paperwork and the lady said it's over there in that other section. I wasn't exactly sure which document I needed and so I went back to her. I said can you help me out and she goes just look at whatever the label says on the copy you have and go look for that name. I must say this is hands-down one of the most unprofessional businesses that have ever been to. it's kind of strange because everybody's striving for business and everybody complains when local businesses aren't getting enough business to stay up and running, but I have to admit the way I was treated was absolutely horrible. Unless it's absolutely necessary I will never visit this establishment again and will tell absolutely everybody I know to avoid it as well.

I believe this is most likely against corporate policy. It should be inclusive to people who also suffer from disabilities like migraines, allergies, and asthma. Response: I appreciate it, but you should also look at it that if you have an employee that has disabilities like this which are a protected class under the ADA. You are potentially setting up UPS to get sued if you do not accommodate. That's why most corporations have these policies for a reason. I would reach out to your corporate HR to confirm.
