We had some printing done there and while the cards look nice it did take a bit longer than one would expect from an in house printer. And the "design" fee to place a pre-prepared logo on a blank inside card seemed a bit much. I will certainly use them for the nice paper we need for printing documents at the office. But I am gonna shop around for a better printing place.

I have never been there before and I walked in and found it to be a very clean establishment and I walked up to the customer service section and was asked if I was here to pick up an order and I said no I just needed some paperwork and the lady said it's over there in that other section. I wasn't exactly sure which document I needed and so I went back to her. I said can you help me out and she goes just look at whatever the label says on the copy you have and go look for that name. I must say this is hands-down one of the most unprofessional businesses that have ever been to. it's kind of strange because everybody's striving for business and everybody complains when local businesses aren't getting enough business to stay up and running, but I have to admit the way I was treated was absolutely horrible. Unless it's absolutely necessary I will never visit this establishment again and will tell absolutely everybody I know to avoid it as well.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible…read more I honestly always get really good Cx service when I'm here but today upon making Amazon returns, employee Eric Alvarez was nothing short of sarcastic and visibly annoyed to be assisting with returns. From comments like "ughhhh now I have to make another box" and "here I am thinking I was getting out on time today" "omg that's not the last one? Whyyyy..you know there's also kohls" At the end of the day I'm sure he doesn't care because it's just a job for him; but when a business like staples gets paid for Amazon returns; I'm totally fine with taking my Returns to kohls. At the end of the day it isn't kohls that looks like a ghost town. So, I think staples needs Amazon more than they need them; as such, one customer doing this may not be a big impact in the grand scheme of things, but this customer will be going to kohls for returns now.

She was very efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful in making my legal packets in a well organized manner. I was a mess due from stress from having to go to court. Hence two years later, Ozzie now a well deserved manager, is still as friendly and welcoming as before. She exudes excellent customer service and still is friendly and welcoming as before. Now, I'm having to go through eviction of people I rented too and have breached the contract. I'm from CA and this is the only UPS store I will come too now when I'm in Las Cruces. My car broke down on the 10 interstate so I had to tow it to Lordsburg, NM and get a motel room. I ordered the part (a water pump) online from Vescovo Toyota (which is now Viva Toyota). None of that matters anyway because the subject of the matter is UPS. I ordered the part on a Monday morning (early). They gave me a deadline of 7pm Friday, but on that particular morning I called Vescovo Toyota before they shipped out the part so I could add overnight express delivery, The guy at the parts department at Vescovo told me that that won't be necessary as we were only 120 miles away, so the part would be here the next day. Every day that it didn't arrive was costing me another $100 in motel room expenses Remember, the part was an hour and a half to two hours away. That was Monday. Tuesday came and went. Wednesday came and went. Thursday came and went. When the deadline of 7pm on Friday came and went, I just could not believe it. I couldn't even fathom how incompetent that was -you would have to TRY to not get something (that is only 120 miles away) there in 2 days, let alone 5. So, after the deadline, I called UPS and they are "incommunicado" with their drivers. ???????????? I couldn't afford another $100 for the hotel room so since it was cold that night, I risked driving the car and made it to El Paso where I got the part somewhere else and installed it in their parking lot. Halfway to El Paso, UPS had the nerve to call me and tell me the part was just delivered to the Motel 6 that I had waited for 5 days at (paying $100 a night.) for a part that was less than 2 hours drive away. DO NOT USE UPS.

Finding one just blocks from the office is a bonus. Vicki and her staff have done all our business cards- she sat with the principal attorney for an hour and chose card stock, colors, logos, designs etc for them. She had them ready in a couple days and they are beautiful. Exactly what the boss had in mind. Our business envelopes are sturdy and super easy to reorder when needed. Once you get your design with Tacom a quick phone call can get you replacement cards, stationery, envelopes etc is no time. Sometimes less than a day. Anytime I need anything printed I call Vicki first. Period.

I recently found out that UPS stores are not operated by UPS, but by third party businesses. I've…read morenever had an issue here mailing or picking up a package but if you need any other UPS service then you have to call the customer service line because the people here can't help you. I was having an issue rerouting a package to be picked up here instead of my residence (it required a signature and I wasn't going to be home) but I was told that UPS has to take care of it on their end because this place is just a waypoint. Good to know, but disappointing as I had already tried the customer service line and wasn't able to resolve my issue. I wasn't allowed to speak with an actual person and the automated phone tree did not give me an option for rerouting my package.
