I visited this UPS Store today and unfortunately witnessed a very upsetting interaction between the…read moreowner/manager and what appeared to be a new employee. She was training him on how to process packages, but instead of being patient and encouraging, she spoke to him in a harsh, demeaning manner in front of customers. It was clear that her behavior was making him extremely nervous, which only caused him to make more mistakes. As a customer, I felt compelled to speak up. I respectfully told her that when someone is being yelled at or spoken to harshly, it often makes them anxious and more likely to make mistakes. I suggested that she be more patient and treat him with kindness. Unfortunately, she was very dismissive and showed no interest in hearing my concerns. No employee deserves to be treated with disrespect, especially someone who is new and still learning. Publicly embarrassing an employee in front of customers is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable environment for everyone in the store. Good leadership is built on patience, professionalism, and respect, not intimidation. To the young man, if you ever happen to read this: please remember that you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. No job is worth enduring humiliation or abuse. I sincerely hope you find a workplace where you are valued and encouraged to grow. I hope the owner reflects on how she treats her employees, because the way staff are treated says a great deal about a business.

Then with me social distancing she was trying to instruct me super FAST how to use print machine . I was rushing to find email and clearly couldn't see what she was doing . Then she RUDLEY said to me "when your ready come get me!" I decided not to talk to her anymore and have manager help me that explained it was because of safety with social distancing that she was being that way . Yet what stuck me as strange is NO-ONE HAD A MASK ON homemade or of any type . Plus lady that helped me had runny nose . So bottom line would be HOW YOU TALK to someone makes a huge difference and if you care about social distancing WEAR A MASK .

I have used this company for a few years now and I am currently looking for another printing…read morecompany. I have duplicate and triplicate invoices printed with sequential numbering and called to complain about the legibility of second and third copies. I had 2,000 copies printed (over $500 if I remember correctly) and apparently they printed numbers that we have already used as well as printed illegible numbers. This company is the only company I have ever used so why would they print the same numbers twice? Frustrated by guessing at invoices numbers, I called to ask what could be done. I was informed that they use a third party for numbering and the vendor advised them that this is a common problem and they can't guarantee the numbering won't be smudged. What?? I advise you to keep your $ and find a company with integrity.
