As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. What was even more concerning was witnessing him throwing and slinging customers' boxes onto the floor. Seeing packages handled so carelessly made me question whether items are being treated with the care they deserve. I hope management addresses both the customer service and package handling issues at this location to ensure a better experience for future customers.

When placing return item on scale and asking to return, employee flat refused to help me. Said self return was behind me and that I had to use it. This is unacceptable business behavior. He simply did not want to do his job. Why are there employees if they refuse to help customers? This is a result of bad attitude, lack of training, and bad management. This UPS store needs to do better.

The female manager roughly advised me that the fax was $4 and I would have to wait for the previous customers fax to go through. Shes sending 16 pages its on page 5...ABRUPT but OK. Next customer comes in...shes so friendly and her tone is nice. They chat. Now..the manager KNOWS you cant send all 16 pages at once or the fax will fail. So WHY DIDNT SHE INFORM HER STAFF??? The fax fails. Now the customer wants to add a cover sheet. Now they need to locate the fax number and send TWO sets of 8 pages. Ms. Manager is so helpful and attentive to Becky. While Becky is filling out the cover sheet and fumbling for the fax number I ask if she would send my TWO pages. Ms. Manager is back to her ABRUPT voice as she informs me no. OK. No problem I will send the fax later. A GOOD LEADER makes sure the staff is informed of issues and challenges....they dont hoard info to ridicule and then rescue. No wonder this location has 3 stars.

I noticed Sunday that the package had not been picked up, it didn't have any scans from FedEx. So, Monday April 7th around 9:00 am shortly after Mail Central was open, I went in to ask Troy (the store owner) why my package had not been picked up. She said I must have dropped off later than I thought, I said I know I dropped the package off around 11:00 am. Then she went on to blame FedEx for not picking it up. As the store owner she took no accountability for the package not getting shipped nor did she offer any ideas on how she would fix the error to make sure it would not happen again. I left the package with her hoping Friday was a fluke and that she would make sure my package would be picked up on Monday afternoon at their normal FedEx pick up time. Monday came and went with no FedEx scan on the tracking. So, on Tuesday April 8th I went in to Mail Central again to see what had happened. Troy was not at the store, so I talked to the employee on duty. She stated that all the FedEx packages were picked up. I said that I wanted to looked to see if my package had been picked up. It was absolutely clear that FedEx did not pick up again. I took my package, made a new label and took it to the UPS store. With Troy knowing me and my husband since 2018 when we began dropping of packages at Mail Central, I expected more customer service from her. I expressed to her the urgency I had in needing to get this package shipped, because on eBay you only have a couple of days to get it shipped. I feel like she at the very least should have called me (my phone number was on the shipping label). I feel like she has no urgency to fix what was happening with FedEx or to service her customers.
