Nice location--happy I found it! I had to make a few returns, etc., and the staff was friendly and attentive. They were handling multiple issues while still greeting everyone who walked in. Great customer service! read more

I rent a mailbox at this UPS Store and receive several packages each week. Every visit is quick and efficient -- the team always greets me when I walk in and makes sure I'm helped right away, which I really appreciate as a busy single dad. Indya is always stellar -- professional, friendly, and consistently provides excellent customer service. The manager runs a tight, respectful operation and has built a strong team that reflects her leadership. There are also several young men who work here who've been just as professional and helpful every time I stop by. It's clear they all take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location for anyone who values professionalism, efficiency, and genuine customer care. read more

Man I am looking at these reviews and I must say that has not been my experience. I love my local UPS store- and even if it wasn't local to me I would drive past another one to come to this one. We have done a lot of mailing from this store and have a PO Box there and they grab my mail for me before I even walk in the door. They are great, I highly recommend! read more

They stole my package that was delivered there. Tracking shows it was delivered but they say they don't have it.

UPS employee stole contents and gave a bogus shipping number which does not start with 1Z. He knew what was in it and made sure to try to blind side an elderly woman ME because he thought the address for signed receipt return would make me invisible. Filing a Police Report today at location. He thought Christmas came early for him. Do not need people like this who play dumb with customers though I have receipts showing the BS he tried. My family printed my grandmother's funeral program here. The customer service was amazing! I appreciated the staff walking me through what was need to and quickly verifying the proof so that it could be printed because we were on a time crunch. They were completed much quicker than expected. Pricing was economical. During a time of grief, it helps to have services that go above and beyond. Thank you so much! ~Family of Mary L. The first time I ventured in, I probably would have given a 1 star review. The employee (young, petite AA woman) working the counter did not greet me. Instead she was focused on REJECTING .... but still JOKING with the dude that was at the counter next to me. (We were the only 'customers' so instead of standing 6 feet BEHIND him with my bulky, heavy box, I decided to stand 6 feet NEXT to him and place so that I could place my box on the counter. Then ... when Captain Rejecto finally left - the employee started complaining to her co-worker (young, Caucasian woman with reddish blond hair) about what a pain he is - and how he "does that" "every time" he comes in and how it's "so annoying." The entire time she's grinning and tossing her waist length hair. Her co-worker (Employee 2) by the way, could have helped me while this entire thing was happening, but instead, she chose to just lean back and watch the show with green-eyed envy. Employee 1 scanned my Amazon return and handed me my receipt without making eye contact or saying one word to me. Smh. She was still talking to Employee 2 about how difficult it is to always get hit on when I exited. Lol. Ahhhh. To be young and beautiful. Today's experience was a complete 180. I was joyously greeted as soon as I entered. The employees were all friendly and engaging. Sidenote - love the new blue shirts. Lol. I also got a receipt with some advertisements and coupons. Sidenote: The 1750 Powder Springs Rd store needs to take notes from this store. The 1750 Powder Springs Rd store can also take notes from the 3961 Floyd Rd / EW Connector Store. Both these stores are cheaper (which is odd since I thought UPS pricing was supposed to consistent) and both these stores don't nickel and dime the customers like the 1750 Powder Springs Rd store. Good job ladies (not being sexist - there weren't any men in the store that day)! Keep up the great work - and please keep your heads up and try to keep that same positive, pleasant energy - even when things get hectic during the holiday season! read more

Service was horrendous, cashier was rude and ghetto. I'll rather drive 40min to another UPS before I come here. read more

Been up here a couple of times. Convenient location for all of powder springs. Every time I go in there though there is always this one girl who is sitting in the back with the most unhappy expression. I don't like to define a business by the people they hire but walls don't speak for themselves. I just always get this unpleasant feeling when I walk in and she's there. Like I'm wasting their time verses them being there to assist me. Maybe it's just my imagination but like I said I've been there quite a few times. Ps. For whatever reason they are expensive, not just that one either. I don't much care having to pay 14$ to ship something. I mean yeah it covers it and the tracking system is great but hell on wheels have some more options to send stuff. It's either 2 or 3 day. I want over night mail damn it! read more

ai absolutely LOVE this store and the employees! I have had a mailbox here since 2017 and everything has been nothing short of amazing! I am probably one lof the worst customers ever (I never have my mailbox key, I always have 50 packages to return, I have at least 100 packages delivered a month even though I am usually out of the state for 3 months, and I rarely pay on time lol! The staff has always been extremely patient with me. Even the newbies take note and know me at least by box number when I walk in. India really looks out for me and I appreciate all that she does. read more

I hate mailing stuff. This store does everything for you and happily. Just bring it in and give them an address, pay and go about your day. Friendly/happy employees seem to be rare these days but this location is always very friendly and helpful. read more

Great service with only one friendly employee! They really need to have at least two people working at this store because I had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be helped! read more

As an interior designer, sometimes, items will arrive completely damaged which means I am task with the responsibility of returning the item back to the vendor through one of the big box shipping companies. Most times they are a pain because you have to have your labels printed, you can't use their tape to repackage the packages, they have attitudes the moment you walk in, like your very existence causes the staff utter annoyance and then they don't ever want to help you with the heavy items - but NOT THIS UPS! Pulled up today expecting all the above and I received the complete opposite. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by a "hey welcome in!" And then one of the guys there was able to come outside to my car and meet me with a cart to help with two heavy packages. I only had one label printed so they were able to print out the second label from my email. Everything was so seamless and it made me question why these other competitors weren't providing such quality service. Thankfully, this location is less than 7 mins away from my home and they just always have great attitudes in there. It seems like now, most places don't even provide that anymore. read more

Solid work is always done at this store, I always ship out of this location. They make me feel welcome and like it's home. All other UPS stores should learn from this one. The owner is doing a great job with his employees and maintaining the store! read more

I dropped off 2 iPhones to be returned to Sprint. After 2 weeks of the package not being received at Sprint, the UPS website still showed "in transit". I go back to the UPS store and the employees NOR the manager were of ANY help. Gave me the 800 number for UPS which is all automated, NO option to talk to an agent. The store could've offered more assistance than they did. The manager walked by, asked what was going on and said "yea. She needs to call customer service". Pure laziness!!! I'll never use this bootleg store ever again! read more

We were here last night at 6.55 to notarize something and the store employees were so friendly. They did not hurry us out even though we stayed past their closing time at 7pm and they were more than happy to help us out making copies and waiting patiently for us to get our act in order. It's refreshing to find a company that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I can only wish that these employees/this store was closer to me. If you are in the Hiram/Powder Springs area, this place is definitely the place to go for anything UPS/notarizing/copying etc. Excellent service! read more

Never open on time. Went there today and they are supposed to be open at 10am. It's 10:15 am and it's still not open. If you can't get to work on time, get there when you can. Even when open the service is less than stellar. read more

Went there today to return an item to the owner. I had the paid shipping label but the children inside were determined to sell me a box. I feel sure with as much shipping that is done there they could have found a box, (if it were even necessary). I took the same item and shipping label to Easy Pack and Ship on Maxim rd, the clerk acted glad to have my business, didn't try to sell anything only took the label and merchandise and said thanks. Worst service ever. Dont believe what they say. Especially if it's about money refund

This is my second time at this location. Both times I needed to print off a few pages, due to me not have a printer at home. The first time I came in I explained to the older gentleman that was working that I needed to print my resume and wanted to just email it to their "UPS STORE" email and have them just print it out , and I would pay for the copy. ( like I have at other locations) He said that at that time there email was down but that I could email it to myself and use their computer to print it out and would only be charged for the number of copies I made. But NOT FOR THE 3.00$(Per 15 min or less) for using their Internet. Well today I came in to do the same thing but instead I was printing one groupon coupon. I was helped by the same man and he instructed me to do the same thing. As last time. It wasn't until it was time for me to pay for my 1 black and white copy that he told me I needed to pay a 3$ fee for opening my email to print that one copy. Yes there is a sign posted but that same sign was posted the first time. And it took me maybe 2 min to open my email and print out 1 page... All I ask is that you be consistent and be honest with your customers don't pick and choose who you want to charge and when you want to charge and when you don't want to charge. Paying over 3$ for one copy it over kill and most Ups stores don't do that. Maybe it's due to it being locally owned read more
