The foreman was very pleasant during the initial visit to sell the services but had an attitude when I felt some more tree trimming was required on one of the trees. They have been in business for 30 years and it is evident in their professionalism. After agreeing on price and terms they arrived on time with all the right equipment. The fellas that did the job were courteous and focused on the right things to get the job done right with little disturbance to my lawn. They also cleaned and checked back with me regarding lawn issues which were minimal. I recommend these fellas to friends and family and will use them again. I was looking to have my patio freshened up. A pillar needed releveling, pavers replaced, pressure…read morewashed, sealed...the whole 9 yards. I spoke to the owner before contract was signed and he said my patio would be looking close to new. I said I had a dumb question and proceeded to ask and his response was...well that kinda is a dumb question. I should of moved on from there but I didn't because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I also had their lawn mowing services at the time. On this particular day with the patio and lawn being done at the same time they left my 6ft gate open. One of my dogs got out. As I frantically watched my cameras after my boyfriend told me about it I was beyond furious. Thank God my neighbors helped to get her back inside the yard. I called the company and spoke to the owner saying I wanted to cancel the lawn services based on this fact. At this time my patio work had not been completed. The company never showed up again to seal my patio. During a 2 week span we got very heavy rainfall and some of the sand came out of the joints. I tried calling them for the next month to express my concerns and never got a call back. Not to mention the border papers were not even straight before they did the polymeric sand. After a month of waiting for a call back they sent me a bill! When I finally talked to the wife Lisa I think I might get some resolve with this matter. So far I do not recommend this company
