I've been a Digical customer for over 10 years and they are as reliable as the sunrise. After a month of no response and chasing them for information I finally had to pull the plug and move on. They were nice on the phone and apologized for never getting back to me but it still leaves me back at square one to start over with another company to build a fairly straight forward website. read more

The greatest compliment I can pay someone is that they do what they say they are going to do and Ross come through every time. My company met Ross at a time when we were having a difficult time with our current web-site designer and he made all of our problem go away almost effortlessly (at least on our part). He created a really nice site that represented us well. I receive many compliments on it. And patience.....he has it in spades, I think I have tried to make him crazy but he never lets on any frustration. I cannot say enough goof things about Ross and Digical. Started as a sole proprietorship in 1987 out of college selling and repairing PCs. I started another company called DigiCal in 1995 doing the same thing but branched into other services including network installations. I have found that IT/computer repair are often like car mechanics, they are constantly trying to do more work than required to make an extra buck. Jason has proven himself honest to me by only recommending what he thinks needs to be done to fix my problem. A good example of this was when my sisters MacBook Air had a messed up screen. She brought it to another shop and they wanted to replace the whole screen portion. I had Jason take a look at it and all he did was add some tension on a cable! $80 fix vs the 400+ the other company wanted. Completely blew our mind that there could be that big of a difference. I am very happy with Jason and will continue to use him for life. I feel like knowing someone that I can trust to handle my tech needs is as important in this day and age as knowing a good car mechanic. Thank you Jason for all of your time spent helping me!
