Most of them didn't respond and the others that did offered to make us a nice website but never didn't offer us any real direction. As a new start up, we haven't worked with web design company before so we really needed direction, branding, marketing, everything a company would need to start an online business. When contacting 1EZ Creative, Richard responded back to us when we sent in our Request almost immediately. He introduced himself, a bit of the history of the company, showed us some of the client websites, and some of the new projects they were currently working on. After speaking with Joel and Richard we realized 1EZ Creative was different from most web design companies because they have a branding arm of the company so they would not only help us make a great looking website, they would help us with our vision and create a call-to-action to help drive our sales. We are pleased to report not only do we have an incredible looking website, they helped us with our logo design, with our content for our website, we started a Seo marketing campaign. If you are looking for a great company to work with who will help guide you through the process and responds immediately to your requests. 1EZ Creative web design and marketing company will help you get there, we look forward to our business succeeding and working with them again and many more projects in the future.

No one was owning the sales process and making me feel comfortable investing in a new website. Having worked in the tech space for ten years I like to think, I'm pretty savvy and update with the pros and cons of working with an agency and was not afraid to spend the money to get the vision I wanted. I took the plunge with an agency who later turned out to be leading me up the garden path with there competency. I was $1500 down and decide to cut my losses and continue my search. What a mistake! You live and learn. My paranoia was at an all-time high! I then got introduced to Danny Alsaffar CEO from Giraffe Builders. Danny spent time understanding my requirements and relaxed me into the process. Within days we were rocking. I was beyond excited because he shared my vision and challenged me on a number of my points. Great! That's what I wanted. GB, crushed every deadline and we built an excellent understanding with Daniella who was instrumental in pulling the pieces together. Every company needs a Daniella. Energy, Drive with a passion for customer service. I loved using their project management tools! I work best when there is something to see, GB presented me with numerous visuals allowing me to point and aim feedback. So many agencies out there want to create a cookie cutter site and move on to the next. GB could not be further from this and genuinely felt like Danny was just as excited as me to complete the challenge. Can not thank them enough for there work and would happily speak to anyone that is looking to review their services. Fantastic work, you're the best agency in the jungle!
