I tried to get help with the issue and hit every road block along the way. iPad "tech" doesn't speak good English and uses his phone to translate. Had to call manager on his cell so I could communicate what the problem was. He told me to let him send it off to another store, who knows where, so they can maybe fix the issue. Deal breaker for me. I wanted it to either be calibrated in store to get it working or my money back with the old screen put back on. This is where it got ugly. He said he would not give me a full refund as he doesn't "do refunds". Kept telling me to look at the paper in front of me that has their policy on it. Yes it says no refunds, but also says they guarantee touch issues a few lines down. He says the touch is working, I disagreed. If it's not 100%, it's NOT working. I didn't pay for a 1/2a$$ job. He got ugly and told me to take it somewhere else for repair, that he would not give me a full refund. I said I would be disputing the charge with our bank for theft of service if he wouldn't give me money back and put my old screen back on. He didn't seem to care. Grabbed my old screen and walked out. DO NOT give them your business, you'll regret it

PETER was the mechanic who specifically told me multiple times a NEW compressor was needed. PETER never discussed a reman. My car was ready for pick up the next day. I asked for paperwork of everything they replaced. They said no worries will email you. NEVER received an email. I called that following Monday, because my car had NEW sounds and the fan was struggling to run.PETER SAID NOT TO WORRY! My husband brought the car up there that Friday after the air stopped working, and I was told PETER NEVER showed up to work that day. We asked to speak to the general manager, they said they would have the district manager call us. Adam who is the district manager for grease monkey called, and was very disrespectful. Taking no accountability for what his mechanic who obviously didn't do the job correctly. We demanded for a different mechanic to see what the issue was. Adam sent one over who again didn't know what he was doing and my husband told the mechanic to not to put STOPS LEAK in the system. Well he did anyways! My husband took pics as he was walking to car to see what the mechanic was doing. We told Adam what happened and again nothing but attitude. He sent over another mechanic from a different shop, but we were grateful for that, because Greyson found the paperwork and seen 2 reman AC compressors were put into the car, and grease monkey charged me for 2 AC compressors! The first one had a leak and so does the second AC compressor! We told Adam and he could care less what we found making excuses and basically calling us liars! I HAVE THAT RECORDED! We took our vehicle to another shop, who did a diagnostic on it. My car has 5k worth of damage because of grease monkey! I have Freon leaking from the reman AC compressor, and the rest of the components are trashed from STOPS LEAK! Adam also stated they are losing money! I found an email and sent over the issues! We are dealing with corporate in hope they compensate for the damages they caused. If not, we are taking legal action!
