In all honesty, extremely disappointed. The guy comes off nice and all but will absolutely rip you off. Needed a repair on cracked iphone. Guy charged me $290 for his better screen. Told me there was a one year warranty. After a couple weeks the screen started bleeding and became unusuable. I took it back with my reciept and he told me there was not a warranty. He then charged me $120 for an after market screen that broke while it was in my pocket just a couple days later with a screen protector on it. I brought it back to him and for some reason gave him one more chance. Was charged another $100 for his after market screen just for it for break 1 day later after my phone fell onto my bedroom carpet. I brought it back to him and said my phone fell onto carpet and he instantly responded "this didnt break on carpet", basically calling me a liar. At that point I knew it was time to write a review and take my business else where. Complete waste of money with this guy. read more

I went here took my stuff on a Monday and they said it would be done Wednesday so went Wednesday after I worked and they were closed an hour and a half early so I called Thursday morning they had no idea my stuff was even in the shop nor did they fix it. They were super rude so ended up taking my stuff across the street and they fixed it and had it ready the next day. They keep deleting my comments on Facebook so I'll leave the review here. Always had an outstanding service till today. Needed a screen protector for an iPhone. Came in today at 11:58am and realized that they open at 12pm. Waited in my car for 15 mins looking at the sign to be flipped and the door to unlocked. At 12:13 nobody opened and I called in three times, nobody picked up. Called back an hour later, lady picked up. I asked her if they are opened today, she said "yes, since I picked up the phone". Okay? ... Stopped by around 330. My iPhone was brand new and had a seal all around it. So, the lady who was putting a new screen had to take it off. The first screen protector she put on was all crooked and she wanted to hand me the phone just like that. I asked her to fix it since it was crooked ( it was literally covering half of the speaker and microphone next to front camera). She took it off and had to put a new screen protector . The new one was less crooked but the edges look bubbleee. I don't like it. I was in a rush and didn't want to spend a long time in there since coronavirus. I know, my screen protector was only 10$, but does it mean I have to get bad service?? Don't think I will ever be back. nor my husband ( nor any of my friends who ask for the best iPhone service in town). read more

I've used them twice, the second time I was very disappointed and frustrated at the lack of service. My screen needed to be repaired for my iphone x max, it was unusable, constant glitches, the gentlemen offered me 2 different options, i chose the cheapest at $135 due to not being able to afford the other option at 155. He explained that they were after market screens, and if anything were to happen within a week of replacement, they would replace at no cost. The wait wasn't long, once the screen repaired, within 2 days, in the same spot it cracked again, I hadn't dropped it or anything, I called 2 different times, left voicemails both times, NEVER got a call back. Due to my busy work schedule there was only so much time for me to Spare, I tried calling multiple times after, and on the last day of the week warranty, I arrived to find the business wasn't even opened. No sign, no voicemail explantation, nothing. The hours they had online and on their window stated for them to be open, I waited in my Vechicle for about a hour, saw a couple wanting to enter but, alas, closed. i do feel ripped off to a degree, I understand the need for employees is high, that the screen I paid for was after market, but that doesn't excuse for them to not reach out when several voicemails were placed with my concerns, or at least a sign in the door explaining their inconsistent schedule. The work they do, and their time efficiency on repairs is great, but their after care of Caring for customers is very questionable, if you're going to spend 120 or more on a repair, it's best to choose a place that has the time and dedication to care for their clients after they take your money. read more

Against better judgment we decided to have an iPhone 7 Plus repaired here rather than take the hit with an insurance claim thru our provider. Huge mistake. Right away the guy (owner I suppose) "up sold" my fiancé on the $140 screen vs the $80 screen. He claimed that if you wanted the "APPLE LIKE QUALITY" you needed the $140 but if you just wanted something to get by then the $80 version was "ok" .... Apple like quality was an outright joke!!! In a side by side comparison the quality of her screen versus mine was night and day. Now I didn't expect it to be as if it was right out the box but don't take advantage of someone in a bad situation by smooth talking them out of hard earned money. The colors,crispness,contrast everything was off. If that would've been all then okay but by the 2nd day the screen wasnt even responding in certain areas. He offers 7 day warranty in which he will correct any problems. So we go back. He tells us that he will go inside and check it see if he can locate the issue but that it might take 3 o 4 times to get it right............ WTF!? That's where I stepped in. If he would advertise iFix it--- might take a few try's but eventually I'll get 'er going... --- then it would be fine. No refund. No discount. No in store credit. Instead he offered to put the old screen back on. We decided to just leave and bite the bullet and make the claim. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOLKS. read more
