With my flight leaving at 6am and my current wardrobe consisting mainly of jeans and my wife's old t-shirts, I ran into Little Miss Vintage right near its closing time. The owner was chill about me somewhat overstaying, and was INCREDIBLY helpful as I tried to find a masc wedding-guest outfit. She immediately cottoned onto the colour scheme I was going for, clocked what my men's pant size would be, and had me out the door with pants, shirt, and belt in sub-20 minutes. I almost never shop for clothes--especially not in person. This may well have been the first positive, in-person clothes-shopping experience I've ever had. If you haven't been here yet, go. 5/5, no notes.

This is a fun vintage and second-hand store that looks deceptively small from the street! The store…read moreis actually fairly large. The main floor has a huge selection of jewellery from various eras, bags, shoes, accessories, and vintage clothing, along with some knick knacks. Upstairs, there's more clothes, including a small children's section, some more contemporary pieces, jeans, housewares and records. The standouts are the shoes and jewellery. There were some amazing shoes including doc martens with flowers and artichocke moschino heels -- if only they were my size! The jewellery selection includes a large selection of screw back and clip on earrings, regular earrings and brooches among necklaces, bracelets, etc. Some very cool and unique pieces. The prices are super fair and the owner curates the whole store and is fun to chat with. Very knowledgeable about styles from different periods! The staff here is really friendly and will help you with suggestions if you are looking for something specific. I was shopping for earrings for my sister and everyone here helped me find the perfect gift. Everything on the ground level has tags that indicated the decade the item dated to. The second floor did not always have this, just because a lot of the items were obviously contemporary so it was not so necessary e.g. a sweater from Zara. This store is a hidden gem!

Though I'll almost always leave with something since they do such an amazing job curating their clothing and jewelry. But regardless if I'm just there to chat, to buy, or to sell, I've always had a great experience with them!

A woman rushed in to say that children shouldn't touch and was pretty rude to me. I'd rather have someone tell me up front if there's a rack I should avoid instead of yelling at my kid for just being a kid. Even then, there's no need to be rude- I'm always doing my best to have my child act respectfully. I wouldn't recommend this shop at all.

Love their women's clothing and bag selection, was pleasantly surprised at how many designer items they had! Great bags from high end brands like Chloe, LV, even Mulberry, Chanel and mid range ones like Kate Spade. They price well and any issues are added to the tag, ie: a bit of wear in the collar. Walked out with two jackets, designer sunglasses and a fabulous Louis Vuitton purse that I'd never seen anywhere else. Can't wait to come back!

It is made in India, so I doubted it was worth that much. After I purchased it, I went home and searched online, where I found the same jacket for $65 - $90. Overall Impression Talize delivers a strong thrifting…read moreexperience built around clean organization, steady restocks, and better‑than‑average quality control. It's one of the more curated thrift chains, so the store feels less chaotic than some competitors while still offering the thrill of unexpected finds. What Talize Does Well - Organization and layout -- Sections are clearly labeled, racks are tidy, and the store is easy to sweep in a single loop. This makes it ideal for fast hunts or full‑store circuits. - Quality of items -- Clothing and home goods tend to be in better condition than typical thrift stores, with fewer damaged or unusable items on the shelves. - Electronics section -- Often smaller than Value Village, but the items that do appear are usually cleaner and tested more consistently. - Pricing consistency -- Prices are more predictable, especially for clothing and household items, which helps budget‑minded shoppers. - Frequent promotions -- Talize often runs color‑tag sales and seasonal discounts that make the hunt even more rewarding. Things to Keep in Mind - Electronics stock varies -- Some days the shelves are full; other days it's almost empty. Great for quick sweeps, but not always for deep hunts. - Higher baseline prices -- Certain categories (like jackets or décor) can be priced higher than expected, depending on brand and condition. - Less "wild chaos" -- If you enjoy the unpredictable madness of Value Village spawns, Talize can feel more curated and less chaotic. Who Talize Is Best For - Shoppers who want clean, organized thrifting without digging through piles. - People looking for quality clothing at reasonable prices. - Hunters who enjoy consistent restocks and predictable pricing. - Anyone doing a multi‑store circuit and wants a reliable mid‑stop between Value Village and Goodwill. Quick, Review‑Ready Summary Talize is a clean, well‑organized thrift store with reliable quality and steady restocks. Prices are consistent, the clothing selection is strong, and the store is easy to sweep quickly. Electronics can be hit‑or‑miss, but when they appear, they're usually in good condition. A great stop for curated thrifting and a solid anchor in any Surrey thrift‑store circuit.
