That made me think of "Jake from State Farm (Insurance)". If you've seen the commercial, you'll know that the husband is downstairs in the dark talking with Jake from State Farm on the phone at midnight or some odd hour. His wife comes downstairs and goes, "Who are you talking to?" Husband goes, "Uh, it's Jake, from State Farm". She grabs the phone and goes, "Hello, who's this?" Jake answers, "It's Jake with State Farm". Wife gives phone back to husband and goes, "She sounds hideous." LOL. Basically, that's the type of customer service you'll get. I got a new Viso II Altimeter. I told my friend that I wanted to order it first thing in the morning and Arlo texted me as soon as she got into the shop. We called and he stated the website should have never allowed us to rent a cart out of commission and he would be right on top of getting my $350+ in money back to me. He released the hold, but still had my $250+. He tried to refund it once. It declined. He didn't have the funds. I called. He stated he emailed accounting and he wasn't sure what was going on. I have been waiting days for my $251.22 back. I've texted, I've called, I've offered payment solutions i have bias paypal, venmo, or cash app. My bank has nothing. He claims he refunded it on his end. Here i sit out $250+, week of waiting, and he won't respond to my messages on a solution. Don't rent from this man! I highly do not recommend! I will update as soon as soon as the owner learns to communicate and answer to me and gets my hard earned money back to me. Poor communication. Jank refund process. Unfamiliar with his own website. And will take your hard earned money quick, but not return it when he messed up on his end.
