Great service and professionalism. Oral surgeon that he referred me to was excellent also.

Wow... Is she really an experienced dentist or does she pretend to be good? Don't waste your time…read more She is opened three days a week if that, meaning days she's suppose to be in but the answering machine is the only thing you get. No one calls you back, you can find a form online her website down by her YouTube and instagram for existing customers that just will send you a text later without saying who it is from that they can see you whatever day. Pamela used to have a dental hygienist who was nice the only reason we stuck around. Now Pamela cleans teeth herself within 8 mins...So you think that was a good cleaning!? Think again. Don't bother calling her and getting that appt for issues that need to be seen. She'll X-ray you waste your time and not even look in your mouth before rushing you out the door.. Took her longer to write a "referral" because she doesn't pull teeth anymore. I guess she's just a dental spa. Do yourself a huge favor and just wait for another dentist to establish yourself as a customer because Pamela Crumrine is not a good dentist, she cares more about her glamor shots on her website and food on her YouTube then being a good dentist. Been looking for a reason to change dentist an after the 5 mins it took to give me "referral paper" and listening to her front desk talk about her fancy big buck Novocain machine I realized at that moment it was time.

The staff and technicians are friendly and do a really good job. I have no complaints about the…read morecleanings and check-ups.

I decided to continue my care at the monaca location since It was near my mom's house and I knew I would need a tooth pulled soon. I came to get a tooth pulled and overall it went well. I was able to listen to headphones and they gave me an anxiety pill to calm me down. The only bad time I had was the doctor kind of making fun of me for having my mom in the room with me. I suffer from anxiety and I knew I wasn't going to do well at my appt. I was right.. I had a severe panic attack and began shaking uncontrollably. Thankfully my mom was there and laid over me to avoid my arms or legs hitting the nurses during my panic attack. The nurse was so kind, held my hand the entire time and kept saying "its ok". she did amazing. the doctor could work on his bedside manner but other than that its cool. whatevs

I hate to give only 2 stars because the female dentists there are great and so is most of the other…read morestaff, even the ladies at the front desk, but I'm trying to decide on finding another dentist as I write this because of the bad experiences I've had there. The last was that before all the covid shutdowns, I was scheduled a cleaning and a filling. They called to cancel the one, but not the other, and told me to just call back to reschedule after a certain date. I called, left a message and never received a call back. Then, when my tooth that needed the filling started to hurt (while dentists were starting to open for emergencies) I called to try to be seen and was told that there's nothing the dentist could do but give me ibuprofen and antibiotics. Then the tooth broke a little after that and is still broke. The irony is that after all of that, I get an email telling me that I'm overdue on my cleaning! Whether I do on don't return I have to warn others about my other experience, which was worse and is why I will never let the youngish male dentist who I think is the oral surgeon they have (I think his last name begins with a C) near my mouth ever again! I had a crown from a molar that came out and couldn't be replaced, so he gave me a couple shots of novacane, then a short time later, began pulling. I started screaming in pain because I could feel it being pulled out! Halfway through he stopped and told me that if I didn't want him to pull it out, he would stop. I knew I was going to be in terrible pain either way, so I would rather it be done with, so I continued to scream and cry in pain. I never met a dentist who was so cold and seemed as if he liked inflicting pain! I had one other bad experience of one of the front desk ladies (who I don't think is there anymore) who, even though I arrived a little late, lied and told me that I didn't make it in enough time, so I'd have to wait and see if they could fit me in after everyone else, so I left and had to have the appointment rescheduled but was even told that she was wrong. So that wasn't anything compared to the other bad experiences. So, it's going to be a hard decision either way. There should be different reviews on different issues, instead of just one review for everything.
