They texted us a couple of days before his appointment and canceled. We called back and were able to reschedule for a normal yearly appointment due to the tooth pain not being present anymore. I scheduled a yearly appointment for me last month and a 6 month checkup for my husband. They texted and canceled my appointment the day before I was supposed to go due to being short staffed but kept his appointment. Apparently canceling appointments out of the blue is common with this place. Now I'm going to find another dentist because this is ridiculous.

In the…read moresearch for a new dentist, I read a ton of reviews and decided to take a chance on Clayton Dentistry. Boy am I glad that I did!! Unfortunately, my teeth are very high maintenance. In this first year, I've needed a couple of fillings, an extraction, a bridge, an implant and new retainers. Dr. Marc is extremely competent, patient, and pleasant. When I needed a specialist, he referred me to a top-shelf oral surgeon. Dr. Marc's staff is exceptional. They are all very pleasant and capable. Their office is equipped with state-of-the art equipment and they clearly know how to use it. Dr. Marc made my bridge on-site, while I waited, and it looks, feels, and functions perfectly. The work that they do is top notch! Five stars from me!

No one calls you back, you can find a form online her website down by her YouTube and instagram for existing customers that just will send you a text later without saying who it is from that they can see you whatever day. Pamela used to have a dental hygienist who was nice the only reason we stuck around. Now Pamela cleans teeth herself within 8 mins...So you think that was a good cleaning!? Think again. Don't bother calling her and getting that appt for issues that need to be seen. She'll X-ray you waste your time and not even look in your mouth before rushing you out the door.. Took her longer to write a "referral" because she doesn't pull teeth anymore. I guess she's just a dental spa. Do yourself a huge favor and just wait for another dentist to establish yourself as a customer because Pamela Crumrine is not a good dentist, she cares more about her glamor shots on her website and food on her YouTube then being a good dentist. Been looking for a reason to change dentist an after the 5 mins it took to give me "referral paper" and listening to her front desk talk about her fancy big buck Novocain machine I realized at that moment it was time.
