In this first year, I've needed a couple of fillings, an extraction, a bridge, an implant and new retainers. Dr. Marc is extremely competent, patient, and pleasant. When I needed a specialist, he referred me to a top-shelf oral surgeon. Dr. Marc's staff is exceptional. They are all very pleasant and capable. Their office is equipped with state-of-the art equipment and they clearly know how to use it. Dr. Marc made my bridge on-site, while I waited, and it looks, feels, and functions perfectly. The work that they do is top notch! Five stars from me!

It was extremely painful the second time. Also, I left with a sore on my lip and chin that I did not have the first time. No sign of the inserted metal Implant Body; now who wants to ingest a screw?? I was not given any answer to why it fell out. Since seeing a dentist, I was told that the Implant Surgery "Was Not Done Correctly" and that it should not have fell out. There are necessary steps that I took with this procedure to prevent this from happening. Also, that some patients wait years to have an abutment and crown; especially, if they cannot afford them. In my case, it was still in the expected healing time before having the abutment and crown placed. He has an office in Beaver and Ross Township, PA Would I refer anyone to this surgeon, absolutely not.

I show up the day of my appointment to be told nonone could see me and that I received a voicemail (note: I didn't), but they agreed to have someone else see me. Fast forward to sitting in the waiting room 45 minutes after my appointment, it's clear they have no respect for their patients time. All of that said, once I got into the room my care was exceptional. They listened to my concerns, gave me clear guidance and showed a genuine interest in helping me. All of which I truly appreciated.
