No one calls you back, you can find a form online her website down by her YouTube and instagram for existing customers that just will send you a text later without saying who it is from that they can see you whatever day. Pamela used to have a dental hygienist who was nice the only reason we stuck around. Now Pamela cleans teeth herself within 8 mins...So you think that was a good cleaning!? Think again. Don't bother calling her and getting that appt for issues that need to be seen. She'll X-ray you waste your time and not even look in your mouth before rushing you out the door.. Took her longer to write a "referral" because she doesn't pull teeth anymore. I guess she's just a dental spa. Do yourself a huge favor and just wait for another dentist to establish yourself as a customer because Pamela Crumrine is not a good dentist, she cares more about her glamor shots on her website and food on her YouTube then being a good dentist. Been looking for a reason to change dentist an after the 5 mins it took to give me "referral paper" and listening to her front desk talk about her fancy big buck Novocain machine I realized at that moment it was time.

They had known that they were no longer going to be accepting our insurance but didn't tell us until they were working on my daughter's tooth which eventually fell out. I spoke to the dentist there and he was apologizing and told us that it wasn't him, but the owner who decided to stop accepting state funded insurance. There was nothing he could do. It a shame cause I liked the work that he had done on my teeth in the past. From reading other reviews it appears that the owner is the problem. I believe that he also owns Excel Dental in Wexford where I also had went to and he did the same thing there with the insurance. He should have, at least, Grandfathered us in and continued to treat us instead of just dropping us like a hot potato. I read one review where they pulled a guys teeth and then wouldn't give him his dentures as he had my insurance. Avoid both Cranberry Dental Arts and Excel Dental or you may be sorry

So I had a minor chip in one my front teeth and just needed it evened out but they had to shoot me up with novacaine which was totally unnecessary but I went along with it in order to get my tooth evened out. It was so minute of a chip only I noticed it because, I felt it with my tongue. The next time I went was supposed to be just for a cleaning but low and behold my insurance I was told will cover full facial X-rays and gum decease diagnostics so they said they couldn't just do a cleaning without doing everything else that the insurance paid for. They did everything else and then wanted to reschedule me for my teeth cleaning which would have been an extra visit charge. I confronted them about what was going on and they said that they would remove me as a patient. I was Okay with that because, I knew that I was be charged excessively. I would rate them as a ripoff business!
