Products are not too expensive, and it's grade A quality IMO. I first tried 180 pure gummies from my aunt when she bought me a jar for my birthday and they help phenomenally at work. They help 1000% with the well known and highly infamous stressors that come with working in retail. I also play paintball as well and the 180 pure gummies do help the nerves when the pressure's on and I'm the only one left on my team and have to hold it down against 2-5 other people advancing in on my position. I get the mental clarity and focus needed to perform on field with these gummies. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to get into using CBD to go to 180 pure. The quality is unmatched to any other brand.

Once a closely-guarded secret punishable by death, now spice is as easily accessible as opening the spice drawer. I've watched with interest as turmeric has been touted as a spice that has anti-inflammatory properties, aids in reducing cholesterol, helps mood, etc. I visited Love That Spice, a cute spice shop in downtown Highland Park. This is a friendly and welcoming space with premium spice and tea blends. I tried the Golden Milk Latte, which contains turmeric. They asked if I wanted to add a little honey but noooooo I had to deny myself and abstain. I regret it as I don't like the taste of turmeric. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions and preparing my drink. Next time I will have them add the honey. Love That Spice will help you to love that spice.

Natural Elements is the answer to saying goodbye forever to all my cooking and house smells and…read morehello to my home smelling like a spa! All the products are natural oils and oil blends that are very calm smelling! No obnoxious smelly air freshener that has all the chemicals and gives you headaches. We had many questions about the products that Gwen was super friendly and helpful to educate us on. She explained all about the oils which helped us choose scents specific to our home needs. She showed us how to use the diffusers and it was super easy! They have so many unique artsy diffusers to choose from glass blown, globe, even children's too! We bought the MoonGlow as its modern looking and blends in with our modern design. I love how it changes colors and during holidays I can keep it in a constant color vs random. The double bonus I live is that it has an automatic shutoff too! So if I go out, I don't worry that I forgot to shut it off. I'm so excited to have this diffuser in my home. My home smells like a spa as this diffuser with a few oil drops covers 1,000 square feet of area! Everyone that comes over wants to know how do I get our place to smell so fresh and clean and what am I using? Our favorite scent is called So Fresh and the Lemon Craze is a close 2nd. They have many scents to pick so there is a scent for everyone depending on your preferences. We are so glad and very happy we found Natural Elements for our home!

On our first consult visit Karissa went over how she approaches acupuncture & went over my initial concerns. My whole reason for trying acupuncture is for fertility - something a few ladies in a local group suggested I try. I wasn't super nervous of the needles, but its just a light poke and never ever hurts. During the treatment, Karissa went over why she was putting needles in certain places, but also maintaining a conversation. After my initial visit, I felt SO relaxed. I actually came home and napped for a solid 2 hours. Since coming to Family Tree, I have felt incredibly supported by Karissa in my fertility journey. I continue to come back every week and with each week, my treatment plan is always tailored to things that I would like to address. I am so glad that I started coming here!
