Weeks go by and I never hear from him, I stopped by several times at his shop and his employees always said I had just missed him, I would call his shop and no one ever answered or called back. Ultimately, I managed to get my call to go through and he said he was sorry for delays but he had ordered the parts he needed and they were simply on back order. He had quoted me 2k ( which is what a brand new one costs). I agreed to the price but never hear back from him again, keep in mind this entire time he still had my original pump. Ultimately I stopped by one day unannounced and asked for my pump back because this was getting frustrating, he then goes to tell me what pump because I never dropped anything off and had no clue what I was talking about. As a result I lost time, money and if he would've simply been honest with me from the start I would've taken my business elsewhere.

However, each time the manager or owner, who I believe is named Glenn, was able to set me right. (Older gentleman with a beard). They told me they inspect the entire car and that it would be 195$ for an inspection. I told them what the problem was, that there was a noise and vibration while driving over 30 mph and the guy explained it could be a number of things and that they would check the entirecar for problems. They called and told me that there was nothing wrong with the car but I needed new tires, and that the noise was coming from the tires. I decided I would go with another shop for cheaper tires. When I went to pick my car up I noticed it was in the exact same spot and position as when I dropped it off, it seemed strange but didn't think much of it. After getting new tires the noise was still there and now louder than before. I took it to another shop and within seconds of looking at it they told me both my struts are bad and a number of other things. I explained that I just had it inspected at My Mechanic, and the guy proceeded to tell me there was no possible way they looked at it and didn't notice anything. So I called My Mechanic back to ask them about it. I asked exactly what they do for an inspection and he said they inspect the entire car everytime, when I tried to explain that it did not seem as though they inspected it do to my struts being completely broken and that he did not inform me of that he hung up on me and blocked my number. This shop is connected to Mobile One in Rhonert Park the owners name is Glenn Meyer and I will absolutely never do any of his businesses, either shop ever again. It took a while as the shop was very busy. It is a bit hard to communicate with Vince but he gets back to you eventually. He serviced the car according to to the list. He took a lot longer than initially projected. He stayed within the budget. There still is an exhisting oil leak. I may have him fix it sometime later.
