Pork osso buco, their signature dish.

Everything went well once again at Diego's. Went for partner's bday and it's a great place for a family celebration. Margaritas were on point, and the complimentary salsas with the chips are so good. All entrees were terrific, and the pork ossified bucolic (see pic) was memorable. Finally, they provided a free bday slice of cheesecake for the bday girl.

Well, on a road trip driving down to California we decided to find somewhere to eat and stumbled upon this restaurant . As a Mexican, I was intrigued by the Mexican cuisine naturally you could never go wrong with a good Mexican plate. Arriving the restaurant was packed with customers but after being attended to not too long after we were seated so satisfactory service from the start. Being sat down we were able to admire the restaurant's decor inside. We liked the dimmed lighting and intimate seating. and the food was excellent great taste highly recommend whenever Redmond, Oregon.

Our group of six thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Diego's. It all started (and ended) with our service - Roberto is one of the best we have ever had. So charming and inviting to the restaurant and passionate about each dish he explained and the stories he shared. The food highlights were the ceviche, Osso Buco and the chicken fried steak - all are must have's. Chips and salsa are also on-point. Vibrant and lively place but also privacy between tables and good noise level.

Delicious! Husband got the Flat Iron Steak and it was so tender and tasty as well. Waters were refilled timely. Warm chips and delicious salsa to start. It was our first time and we will definitely be back.

    Pork Carnitas Raviolis

I had the lava flow drink and the pork carnitas filled ravioli. Everything was delicious! The service was great even though they were kinda busy and had a lot of tables filled. Will be coming back again!

Had the 2-item combo with Chile Relleno and Chicken Enchalada. Okay, but unremarkable.

The food and staff are great. But if your on a work paying budget. You have to pay 3.4% extra because you have to use your work card.

I had the chicken mole, a bit disappointing. The crab enchiladas were very good and the house specialty margarita was outstanding.

Very bland and disappointing. If you have no taste buds, this is the Mexican food for you!

Delicious. Food comes out hot, so you know it's freshly fried…read more I ordered the Seafood Combo - one piece of fried cod and 5 fried shrimp. Perfectly cooked. Flaky, moist cod and succulent shrimp. The beer batter is very black pepper forward, so if you like black pepper, you'll like this. The cocktail sauce for the shrimp has the right amount of horseradish, and the coleslaw was creamy and cooling, and also very black peppery. I like a little spike of vinegar in mine, so I added some of the malt vinegar provided with my order. Yummy. Fries are good too. Service was great. And food trucks next to a brewery is a great thing, especially on nice days like today when you can eat outside.

At first by following the googles map we couldn't fine it so I called them and it was on the other side of the street and from where we were we couldn't see any sign. We got directions and it was there in the Wild Ride Brewery which can't be missed because the building is so large and signs that is easy to spot. So if you want to find it just go to the wild ride Brewery and you will find Wild Catch, Slice, Burger Wild and there was 2 other food truck there also, but not open during the time we went. My wife ordered the 1 piece cod fish & chips, which she said was okay, but said the French fries were really good and I agree and the tartar sauce that they make is also very good. I had the mix seafood plate, but ordered the halibut instead of cod and it came with shrimp, Halibut and French fries and cold slaw. I didn't care too much for the halibut it was on the dry side not moist, the batter was light and crispy, the tartar sauce was really very good and tasty. The shrimp was coated lightly and came on the side, because I asked not to stir fry it with the sauce, the shrimp was lightly battered and tasty and the sweet spicy sauce was good . I enjoyed the shrimp & fries and the sauces. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking in a parking area on the side of the building.
