I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rosen and his staff! From the moment I walked in,…read morethe staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Rosen is not only highly knowledgeable but also truly compassionate. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything in detail, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The level of care I received was exceptional, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. The clinic is spotless, organized, and runs efficiently. I am so grateful for the outstanding care and would highly recommend Dr. Rosen to anyone seeking a dedicated, professional, and empathetic medical provider. He is the best gynecologist I've ever met and that is why I chose him to bring my kids to this world for me. I do miss him and his staff so much. I just had a procedure done and all I kept thinking was "oh why did Dr. Rosen retire"....thank you so much for everything you did for me and my family Dr. Rosen. We will miss you.

I had several bad experiences with this office. First, while I appreciate that Dr. Rosen takes a…read morelong time with each patient and genuinely seems like he cares, he needs to make his schedule accordingly. If you know you take an hour per patient, then schedule 1 patient an hour. I ended up waiting HOURS for appointments. The last time I was there, I knew I was having a miscarriage and my husband had missed work to come with me for support. I kept telling them that he had to go soon after they were 2 hours past my appt. They didn't care. Finally he had to leave and come to find out I was having an ectopic pregnancy and had to go to the hospital for methotrexate. Also, I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a medical office front desk staff. There were a few other little things that ultimately led me to the decision that this health care provider was not a good match for me. So, as long as you don't mind rude front desk staff and wasting hours of your day sitting waiting for you appt, then maybe you'll like this practice!

WOW! To start off, being called a stupid gringo by the staff ensured that things were starting off…read morebadly and would get worse. Dr. Toy might be a real whiz kid with the robot surgery equipment, but the folks working for him need some serious adult supervision. We got mixed up appointment dates, wrong appointment times, and staff members whose command of the English language was less than ideal. Texas Tech and Dr. Toy apparently have a policy against bringing in Americans for resident, intern, or medical student positions. We thought we were in a United Nations clinic. We experienced rude treatment from people from Central America, South America, China, and somewhere in Eastern Europe. Their grasp of the English language was universally poor. The worst part was a complete and total disregard for my wife's mental and emotional health. It was like they regarded her as a plastic crash test dummy, an object you could mess with just to see what happens next. Being told you have cancer is one of the harder things any of us will ever face, and the staff here went out of their way to make things a lot worse. Our experience was not only difficult but frightening. I was reminded of the experiments Nazi doctors performed on Jewish women at Auschwitz. Our advice is to stay as far away from these people as possible.

***This review is for Dr. Garcia as an OBGYN and does NOT reflect his horrible front office…read morestaff.*** PROS: Dr. Garcia from day one has made my wife and even myself feel comfortable, relaxed and well informed of everything going on throughout our entire pregnancy. From the late night phone calls to visiting my wife every morning whenever she was in the hospital (which was a lot), he constantly reassured us that both mom and baby will be fine. He is definitely one of the smartest and kind hearted medical professionals you will ever have. Words alone cannot describe the type of person he is but if I could use one word to describe him/this pregnancy joruney, it would be UNFORGETTABLE! Brenda on the other hand, the only front office receptionist is the other person I would like to recognize as she was always going above and beyond her responsibilities as a receptionist. She would not only get my wife the answers she needs right away but she would spend that extra momeny to keep my wife calm when she was anxious and always had her laughing to do do so. Thank you Brenda for being an amazing person! CONS: The front office staff (everyone except for Brenda) provided the worst customer service I have ever seen. My wife was deemed a high risk pregnancy almost immediately upon getting pregnant and was put on strict bed rest in September of last year and having constantly high blood pressure since the second trimester, office visits and phone calls to the OBGYN were a frequent thing. The only person that every showed any kind of urgency or concern and didn't feel bothered by a concerned mother was Brenda. The rest of the front office staff would be extremely rude and hurtful and there definitely needs to br a change whether any of them are family or not. Besides all of that, if you can withstand his front office staff (ask for Brenda everytime;), Dr. Garcia is by far one of the best (if not the best) OBGYN(s) in El Paso and I highly recommend him to any pregnant couple! I** don't write reviews either unless something or someone is beyond exceptional so I hope this helps everyone in making a well informed decision. & Thank you Dr. Garcia for the most memorable pregnancy experience!

If I could put zero stars I would. Dr. Hale is clearly a knowledgeable Dr. but she is extremely…read morerude and has zero empathy for her patients. Wait time is 2 hours sometimes which idk how since you see the Dr for like 15 minutes tops. If you're plus sized she will mention your weight constantly even if it's not what your appointment is about. This was my first pregnancy and I had no issues my whole pregnancy, but she constantly made me feel bad about my weight, told me what to eat and what not to eat and that I needed to choose to be healthy. At the end of my pregnancy she wanted to start giving me NST's twice a week a day apart and I tried to see if there was any way we could spread them apart or lower them because I felt it was excessive and I could not miss that much work. She told me I had to bc my baby would die since i was high risk due to my weight. She also said my boyfriend needed to step up more then and that other patients can do it so why can't I. I was in shock and did not expect her to respond that way. especially disrespecting my HUSBAND. I couldn't even respond bc I was holding back tears and then she just left the room. I canceled all my appointments then and there and switched to another OBGYN at 30 weeks !!!! Every other nurse and doctor that I've spoken to during my pregnancy has even said she's an awful mean women. Seriously DO NOT go here.
