Didi walked my basset hounds Duke and Milo from November 2021 to October 2022, when she stopped service to prepare for her move from Los Angeles to Australia. All of us miss her and hope she thrives in her new country! I found Didi on Yelp when I accepted that I am, in fact, too lazy/occupied with babies to walk my dogs, even though I spend most of my time at home. I reached out to her about walking them a few times a week and she got back to me right away. We set up a time to meet and she ended up taking them on their first walk later that same day. For the next eleven months, Didi walked the bassets almost every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:30 to 1:15, dropping off Duke, the senior hound, at 1:00, then taking Milo on an extra jag to get out more of his naughty dog energy. She was always on time, always kind and communicative. The few times she had to miss a walk--for jury duty, or to get married, for example--she let me know far in advance. Our house has been pretty chaotic this last year, what with a fast-growing toddler and a new baby, and Didi was an enormous help. The dogs love her, and they got plenty of fun and exercise on their tri-weekly walks, even as their parents were occupied attending to human children. Didi also sent pictures from every walk, and she is a fantastic pup photographer. We were sad to say goodbye to her earlier this month, but are grateful for the time we had together (I'm sure the bassets would say so if they were more articulate). It was also nice of her to introduce us to a new dog walker before we even thought to ask--we were able to transition without the boys missing a day of exercise. If you're an Australian dog parent looking for a sweet, reliable dog walker, I highly recommend getting in touch with Didi. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Didi for dog walking. She provided daily walks for my energetic (and often leash reactive) dog for over a year. Didi is very reliable, communicative, and flexible. She really cares about dogs and really got to know my pup and her needs. I could tell right away she knew a lot about dog behavior when at our initial meet & greet she turned her back on my jumping dog and waited for her to calm down before rewarding her with some love and attention. Didi went above and beyond by providing me with training tips and worked with my dog on being calmer on walks. She also sent daily adorable pics and funny captions of my dog on walks. They always showed how happy my pup was with her. I cannot recommend her enough!!! read more

So thankful for Didi!! We have hired her for 1 hour dog visits, but we would hire her for any service (including overnights) because we trust her so much!! She's always on time, professional, sends us lots of photos and updates, and she's sooo sweet with our dogs!! 1000% recommend!! read more

My dog is VERY particular about who walks him, but he immediately took to Didi. I know that I can trust her with him, which is big because he's family to us. Not only does she take him on scheduled walks, but she has been a lifesaver, and come to keep an eye on him when my wife and I had things come up and couldn't be home. Really grateful we found Didi. She's made our lives easier and our pup loves her. Also, the picture updates are always great. read more

Such a sweetheart and kind soul! My pup doesn't like to lace my side, she's got separation anxiety something bad but I got things to do too. I don't often need to hire a dog walker but Didi has been there when I needed her. As mentioned, she's sweet and kind with my doggie which obviously is super important. Didi even watered my plant a few times since I guess she noticed a few other dead k on nes. I have no green thumb. One time she even picked up an order at Veggie Grill for me for no extra charge... sweet! read more

I was looking forward to knowing more about Didi's pet sitting services, but all I got was poor communication from someone who showed no interest in taking the time to answer my question and potentially make a new client. read more

Just by luck I got a referral for Diana to walk my two French bulldogs..... and she was fantastic!! One of my dogs has anxiety and can be difficult to walk, but Diana got my pup to be calm and to stop pulling. Always super friendly, dogs were super excited to see her at every walk. She will be missed. If you're looking for a reliable, friendly, responsible dog walker you've found her. read more

didi took care of our cat while we were on vacation and did a wonderful job. we felt at ease knowing an animal lover was there to keep our cat company while we were away for a few days. She was prompt to respond if we had any requests and sent us daily photos of our cat. Would recommend! read more

Didi's Pets does an incredible job of pet sitting and pays great attention to detail! I have a cat with a particular condition and very specific needs. Not only was Didi able to accept my baby sort of last-minute (my other sitter BAILED), she also took to memory the feeding and cleaning specifications down to a T in less than no time. Greatly recommended! read more

Didi's Pets L.A. - My baby - Dog Walkers Near Me

Diana is the best part of our 6 months in LA. I am not exaggerating! If we can't go to work knowing our fur babies are in good hands then we can't work well because we have to leave work or continue looking for doggie care. Not only is Diana reliable and offer competitive rates, but our dog and cat were always in good spirits and safe when I returned home. Diana also leaves lights on or draws blinds etc to help with the long hours we work at times. We also utilized Diana's overnight services and would recommend the daily dog walks or overnight services to anyone who has pets!!!! read more

I love Diana's energy and work ethics! I couldn't be more satisfied with her service. When we were away during the pandemic and we had to pick a reliable pet sitter, I had to look around for a bit cuz I'm concerned about the virus. Had a chat with Diana, she walked me through her work protocols to keep my dog and herself safe. Also, because my dog has sensitive stomach so his diet is very specific , Diana was able to follow my detailed feeding instructions and made me feel relieved while I was away. Lastly, I don't know how/what she did, my old dog who didn't like walking much now really enjoys his daily stroll after I came back from my trip! He's a happy boy now. read more

Just moved to LA and had a last minute business trip. Contacted DiDis pet LA, she was very professional we discussed all dates and costs. While I was on my trip Didi cleaned my cat's litterbox every day, sent me videos and pictures playing with my cat, she also gave me updates on that he was using his litterbox appropriately which was a big concern of mine since he had a previous episode of urinary blockage 1 year ago. I am very pleased with her services and my cat too! Definitely one of the best petsitters ever! read more

I'm so glad a friend recommended Diana! Very reliable and knows how to handle my pup Arty that doesn't like to walk. I don't use dog walkers often but she will definitely be my go-to if I need one! She was also very prompt and clear answering my questions before I hired her. read more

I'm really glad that I found Diana (Didi) to house-sit my pets. When I recently had to leave town on short notice for a family emergency, I got in touch with her through her website and she was at my front door within an hour to learn how to look after my cat Boston and dog Gaia. I came back home to a clean litterbox, a clean yard - even watered houseplants - and two happy pets. With many pet care services you don't know what will get. But with Didi's Pets I always know it will be Diana and her dependable service. She is now my go-to person for basic pet care. read more

Didi was awesome with Max while I was in LA! She kept us updated with photos and videos of him, and he was always with a huge smile :) Thank you Didi!!! read more

If I could give a 6 star review for Diana I would. My dog Ori has trouble being left alone for long without starting to panic. Diana is very accommodating of requests, and always went above and beyond to make my little girl feel at ease. She makes scheduling a breeze and always sends me multiple pictures of Ori. I couldn't think of anyone else i'd trust to watch my dog more than Diana. read more

Super professional, diligent and 100 percent confidence inspiring. Didi looked after my cat for about 10 days while I was traveling, and I could swear my cat was a little disappointed to see me :-). Didi sent me photos of the visits each day. Thank you Didi. read more

Didi was kind, caring and responsive. And, most importantly, she took great care of our little pup! She was able to come in last minute, made the time for an in-person consultation, and then spent the next day with our pup. She clearly cares about what she does and the animals she cares for. We're glad to have found her, and would definitely use her again! read more

Didi is the best! I'd trust her with my doggo any time! Definitely recommend

All I can say is Wow! I've tried a few pet sitting services in the LA area, and Didi is by far the best I've come across. I will definitely use her services in the future. I recently had to leave town on short notice on a business trip, and Didi came by on short notice and helped take care of my cat Sprout and dog Buster while I was gone. She even watered my plants too. The best thing I like is that if you book her services, you know that you will get Didi, unlike some of the big companies out there, so you can be assured your pets are in good hands. She is easy to work with and is happy to do her best to work out a schedule. I will be recommending her to more friends. read more

I don't normally take the time to write reviews unless it's something that really stands out for me either for good or bad. Diana was definitely a very good surprise. I decided to go away for a week to get out of the house during the pandemic but I was concerned about my 2 kitties and to find someone that wasn't just reliable but also someone that I would know that is not infected and that is taking all the preventive measures to stay safe while coming to my home and dealing with my babies. Diana was absolutely incredible. I am so so happy I found her. It's uneasy to have to trust someone new in this market but she was responsive to all my questions, concerns, she made sure she's been keeping herself healthy at all times during this craziness, she sent me photos of the kitties, their water bowls so I would know they have been taken care off, their litter boxes, played with them for a little bit - they are way too shy to interact too much and it was such a relief to know that they were cared as if it was myself at home. Thank you so much Di! You are a lifesaver! read more
