Past customers had described her as everything from Seinfeld's famous Soup Nazi to a psycho with a sailor's mouth, and if you were lucky to have found a positive review, she even sounded like she may be a very reputable and professional small business owner. I just had to find out... and get my suit ready! I called and left a message requesting an appointment to see her as stated online. She did not answer so I left a voicemail with pertinent information on how to contact me. First, Tina called me back promptly. She wasn't sure when exactly she could see me so she asked about my availability. When I told her that I was available anytime, she had me come in the same day- about 2 hours from our phone call. From the majority of the reviews I literally did not know what to expect. Second, when I walked into the shop, I felt good energy. She greeted me with a smile and we got down to business- I changed into my suit and stood on the podium in front of the mirrors. I had my sleeves pinned and my pant legs pinned all the while sharing pleasant, light banter with her. I must admit, after reading all of the past reviews I started to wonder if I might be a little psycho... I mean, after all, I was getting along and having a wonderful, professional interaction with the Soup Nazi! Third, told her up front that I was not in a rush and she understood.
