We are stunned and shocked by how cruel my mother was treated today by the blonde manager. We were…read morebrowsing and my mom saw the golden leaf lotion brand that my grandmother uses. We saw an opened half used lotion bottle sitting out on the shelf. My mom simply put a small amount in her hand not knowing that wasn't a tester. The blonde manager her voice at her saying "Those are not testers" and my mom said "Oh I am sorry they looked like it because it was opened and half used." To which the manager replied "Because of people like you." She proceeded to then verbally attack my mother in front of other customers and as we were attempting to leave, she stepped towards us and was flinging her arms and hands telling us to leave. We were horrified and my mother was in tears leaving the store. We have never experienced anything like this. Even the customers in the store came out after us after the ordeal and said that they had never seen anything like that before. Completely unprofessional and cruel, we will be seeking further action moving forward. Nobody deserves to be treated so cruelly. Do not shop here.

The store itself is pretty massive, and there seemed to be a lot of great deals going on when I was there. Luckily it wasn't too crowded even on a Sunday (no waiting to get into a fitting room) when I went, and the saleswomen were helpful and polite. So I found a top that I wanted to buy, and it was buy one, get one (BOGO) free. I asked if I could buy just one at 50% off but my request was declined. I just bought two in different colors though I didn't really need two shirts in the same general style. Does anyone else find BOGO for shirts less than ideal??? Maybe it's just me then.

This policy was not obvious in the store, nor mentioned to my wife. When I went in to complain about this poor customer service (we were visiting for the weekend so did not want a credit and did not need anything else) the sales person basically said, 'All the stores in town do this, we've done it forever'. When I pointed out that this policy was not obvious to customers, he pointed out the small print on the receipt, which did in fact state that policy. But you only get the receipt after you complete the purchase, which in this store is too late! Nice clothing but horrible customer service. Buyer beware!
