Things went quick and was super easy. My item was available for 2 day delivery. They outsourced our delivery, which ended up going well. Tim mentioned they would bring new hoses, but they did not. I have a call into them about picking those up. Went in on a Tuesday morning, and had it delivered and set up and ready to use Thursday morning. I received a text the next day just confirming my address and my delivery for the following day. It did say we would get a call/text about the time frame the day before, which we did not. I replied to their text at night and Thursday morning bright and early she texted back with the arrival time frame. Overall I would recommend them, and I will be back. Tim was great! Ask for him and tell him I sent you!

We began having issues with the dryer and I called them to come out. It took them 2 weeks to come out. Finally some man comes and replaces a part and says it's fixed. He acted like he couldn't get out of our house fast enough. We checked the dryer. It actually was COLDER than before so he made the dryer worse. We called them back and they said they couldn't get to us again for about another week. They messed it up and made it worse and they couldn't get over to fix it??? SO horrible service. This place is horrific. All the employees couldn't care LESS. We finally got in touch with another company that does warranty work on speed queens he came over within an hour and fixed it. The guy from MCcalls was TOTALLY wrong and fixed the wrong part. We are so disappointed with this company and will NEVER buy or use them again for anything. You are WARNED.

She asked us how our ideal kitchen would look like. WE chatted, she sketched, measured and she was off to the drawing board. In a few days she emailed a plan and made some suggestions which we agreed to and the project was underway. We went to the showroom to choose style and accessories. We weren't sold on the colors available but Jennifer quickly came up with a resolution. She was able to match a sherwin williams color we loved and have applied to cabinets. The cabinets arrived, were installed in a day. We were truly happy for the extreme facelift they gave to this faceless kitchen. They were able to add functionality and space without compromising the age and style of an older home. The sales staff was gracious, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The installers were efficient, friendly and thorough. Competitive pricing and consistently efficient customer service. I highly recommend.

TL:DR - buyer beware. Customer support after the installation of thousands of dollars of…read morelandscaping lights is terrible. They are going to nickel and dime you to resolve any issues and not stand behind their work or company name. We used Blingle to install lights in our front and back yard about two years ago. Design and installation went smoothly - no issues. However, the reason for my poor review is due to customer service now that two franchises (?) have merged. We have an issue with one of our lights and the new owners aren't honoring the agreement that we had with the previous Blingle franchise. I compare this to a Ford dealer telling a customer they aren't willing to service a vehicle that was purchased at a different Ford dealership - but aren't they the same company? They told me they are "offering an olive branch" to come help me out. They wanted to charge over $100 to come to our house just to look at the issue. I figured the issue is due to low amps from where the main electrical is located and was probably an installation issue, but I was willing to pay the service charge if it's something else besides their error. This is after I was told by the original installer/franchise that any installation issues or hardware issues would be covered under warranty. After my initial phone call for service, I provided my address and photos of the issue because I expected to be contacted to schedule the appointment. It was my understanding from my conversation with the new owners that the service fee would be owed if the issue was caused by something else than incorrect installation or hardware - like damage from an animal, our landscaper etc. I was more than happy to pay that and any other charges if the issue wasn't their fault or failing hardware under warranty. No additional follow-up was made until a day or two later when an invoice from Blingle showed up in my email. I thought I missed their inspection (the light is outside, so I thought maybe they came while I wasn't home and they fixed the issue) so I called to follow up. I was then told I would have to prepay the service call invoice before they would come to our house. We have been doing upgrades and repairs to our home but we have never had a company ask us to prepay for a service visit. So now I'm being asked to pay an invoice, that I shouldn't have to pay, before services are even provided? The nominal amount of the invoice wasn't the issue, it's the principle and the way the whole situation was handled. Now I'm going to have to find another lighting company to come out to fix my lights and probably pay more than the original service fee. I'm more than happy to pay more with a company that appreciates their customers. We also live in a new neighborhood and I've provided referrals to Blingle due to the experience we had at installation. That won't happen again and I will be sure to share my poor experience with anyone who asks.
