By the time I finally knew I wanted Orangeola maples, they were sold out everywhere. So today I went to Hewitt's with one mission, to find two Orangeola maples, ideally in 6-gallon buckets. Alan was introduced to me as the tree expert, and he absolutely lived up to the title. I explained what I was looking for, and he immediately walked me over to the first two 6-gallon Orangeola dwarf maples they had just received. We spent maybe ten minutes with the trees, and they were exactly what I wanted. I also told Alan that I had uprooted all my plants last year to redesign my landscape and showed him photos of my front yard. I explained that I wanted more color instead of the usual deep green evergreens and boxwoods. Without hesitation, he walked me over to a beautiful little shrub that changes through five different colors. He was fantastic........knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Overall, it was not only a great experience but a fast one. I left with exactly what I came for and more.

The rock was dumped on my driveway, left 9 palettes and bags and when I asked if they were coming back to get the extra, which they admitted to overfilling the bags, they told me it's my problem. They quoted me the wrong amount, never sent a correct estimate and then ditched me with tons of rock for THEIR mistake. I called and talked to the person I ordered from, delivery person & manager and they basically told me too bad. I cannot believe the amount of unprofessionalism. I will be taking the truth to all social media, this company blows. If you want to throw away money and have them take advantage of you for stolen & dirty rock... this is your place. Worst customer service & zero resolution, I think they are in the business of scamming people and not selling rock. Run, don't just walk away from this company.
