I found this place after doing some online research for engraving services other than the big name…read morecompany that most folks go to for such services. I was looking to have a flask engraved for a coworker and close friend that was moving away. I sent email to the owner with my idea and he promptly replied. I had several ideas in mind and he was able to point me in the right direction with regards to having the best flask, font and how it would look. After sorting the details out he told me the cost which was a 1/3 of the price I would have paid anywhere else. To make it even better he did it within a days time, which really impressed me. I stopped in the next morning and picked it up. he made a point of making sure I was satisfied with the work before I paid, which I appreciated very much. The best part about this place is that the owner can engrave just about anything and more. He does 3 types of engraving: Diamond Drag, Rotary and Laser. I really like the fact that he does specialty work with firearms, so I have a feeling I'll be back soon for that reason alone. The location can be a little tricky to find, but it's well worth visiting for your various engraving needs. I'm confident you won't be disappointed with the work they do. *This business is gun carry friendly.

I was looking to engrave a quote on a flask I had purchased, pretty easy thing but a lot of shops…read morequoted me $50+ if not just say it was too long & wouldn't fit. Even the shop I purchased it from, got me with a "free engraving"... well that was just a "free setup fee" I called up Photon, got a very fair quote, so I stopped by the next morning to drop the piece off. Crawford was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to get the work done. When it was ready, I went back, price was just as agreed upon. I thought the piece looked great, however Crawford hesitated & pointed out with the font I selected, it was hard to decipher between i's and l's. He proceeded to open a box with another flask (all metal - more surface area), already engraved with my quote. Said for me to keep it?! WOW now that's standing behind your work. I have a serious attention to detail & while he was right, it didn't bother me the least. Glad he takes that much pride in what he works on & I will be returning for any future engraving work!

**********************************UPDATE******7.6.21.***********************************************…read more********************* ************************* I just received a notification that the owner posted that they corrected this order. Shameful! IT IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE!!!!!! They repeatedly stated they DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY to refund us OR print the order again!!!!! The only thing they offered was for us to give them MORE MONEY and print the order again AT COST?!?!?!? Absolutely insane. They had over 200 t-shirts to figure out how to print a design without burning the shirts and they were unable to do so. We were NEVERV REFUNDED A SINGLE PENNY or given any additional printed shirts. This post from the owner saying they remedied the order makes it clear that they are not only inept but COMPLETELY DISHONEST Smh. If anyone is considering using their services, please feel free to contact me & I will forward you our email chain so you can see for yourself how they handled the situation. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Below is my original review.... BUYER BEWARE-- PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES - We sent this company over a $2K order to print shirts that we provided. We paid $200 for samples so we could see their work & they reassured us they could do the job. Sadly, this was not the case by any stretch. They returned to us shirts that were scorched w/o saying a word. When confronted their response was "that's normal". Realizing how absurd this sounded, they said they would fix the problem & would make it "100% right". They returned the shirts in no better condition the 2nd time. Again, without a word. Now their response is "no refunds" & :they will give us a discount on the next order"!!! Seriously? How do you ruin over 250 shirts of different styles, colors & sizes before you see a problem and then have SOME integrity to fix it? Stay tuned.....
