Stacy was SO helpful with my return! Thank you thank you! She made everything so easy and I'm grateful.

I had a really disappointing experience at Dick's Sporting Goods. My sister-in-law and l went in looking for a wrist support brace for her son and couldn't find it. We also could not find any employees available on the sales floor to assist her. She went to the front to ask for help, and the employee responded rudely, saying they couldn't leave and would send someone to assist--but no one came. After waiting about 15 minutes, another employee walked by. When asked for help, they responded in a rude manner, saying they had too much to do, and only briefly pointed out where the item was instead of actually helping. Customer service like this is frustrating and unprofessional. If the item wasn't needed, we would have walked out. Definitely reconsidering shopping here again. read more

You need more than 2 dressing rooms!! Super annoying waiting for one. I almost dropped my 4 items to leave because I was tired of and annoyed waiting. This was on a Sunday afternoon. Other women there were annoyed as well. Staff person: tall, full girl, dark hair spoke like a mouse. Very sweet, but REALLY needs to speak up better. It was astonishing how quiet her voice was. Add 2 more dressing rooms!! read more

This location is a bit mismanaged. The footwear section was really busy and they only had three employees working there so it was getting backed up. Two different employees said how disorganized the backroom was and they couldn't find the shoe size that was instock. Diego doesn't even work at this location but he tracked down the size I needed and had a great attitude. Carter checked me out and was extremely helpful in recommending the DSG app for rewards points. I think this location is good it just needs more organization in the back. read more

I came into this store for the first time yesterday, and was pleased to find exactly what I needed thanks to a really kind employee named Heidi who was thorough in making sure customer service was amazing and that I had help anytime I needed! Thanks for being patient with me as I did have a lot of questions ! Thanks so much, I cannot wait to be back in this awesome store with employees like Heidi. If every store had a Heidi, every store in my opinion would be a hit! read more

My daughter needed her first soccer cleats and is in between shoe sizes so I specifically came here to have her try some on and find the best fit. I also grew up going to the store to get new soccer cleats so this trip was nostalgic and special to me! One of the workers made time for me, accommodated my needs, assessed to see if it was a good fit and made sure they were comfortable for her. I so appreciated it. Even as I was checking out, I had changed my mind on a few items and the worker was super patient with me. Loved my experience here! read more

I wanted to get a pair of shoes and all they had was display shoes, so there was nothing I could try on, but then I noticed a kiosk. Basically you use the kiosk to request a pair of shoes to try on and someone would bring them out to you and you can request up to four pairs of shoes at a time. So I went through requested four pairs of shoes and sat down and waited. Five minutes later I heard my name got up and they gave me a single pair of shoes. I told them I had asked for four pairs and they looked at their phone and said "oh yeah, let me get that free to you in a minute". 10 minutes later they came out with two more pairs of shoes and I said I ordered four pairs. They looked at their phone and told me they we didn't see that in their system. I went back to the kiosk to order a couple more pairs of shoes and waited for 10 minutes than 15 minutes and no shoes came out so I went and re-ordered them on the kiosk. The same thing happened. Eventually I just left because I couldn't just wait for shoes to show up that weren't gonna show up. That was just a waste of time so then we went to Al sporting goods and everything was great there so if you're looking for shoes, don't go to Dick's go to Al's. read more

If you want customer service I advise looking elsewhere. Employees who could not care less or be bothered to help are why more and more people shop online. read more

Come into this store if you want to be belittled by the workers. I felt like I was back in high school the way I was being snickered and stared at. It's a shame they are scaring away people who have money to spend on high ticked items :( Boo. read more

I went onto Dicks today to get a skull cap. I was greeted by Charlie. When I told him what I needed he talked to me like I was stupid because he didn't know what I was talking about I showed him a picture from Dicks website. He used his radio to ask some else where they were and then got someone else to find them for me. I should have wen to Big 5. read more

I wish I could give 0 zero stars my experience at dicks sporting goods was absolutely awful. I needed to try things on in a fitting room but no one was around to help me. After wandering the store for 15 minutes I found two girl employees talking and yelling profanities in front of my little kids. So inappropriate!! I asked one of them if they could help me with a fitting room and the girl, ashley, rolled her eyes as if I was interrupting her thrilling conversation. She walked me over to the fitting room and as I am leaving the fitting room she says WE"RE CLOSING SOON CAN I HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING? So it was very apparent that dicks sporting goods employees only want to help their customers when they want to go home. management should really talk with their employees about professionalism. Cursing in front of kids and rushing paying customers out the door is unacceptable. read more

It has nice cloths however the shoe department needs assistance. There was no one there to help me fit into/choose my newest tennis shoes for wide feet. $133 cost is a lot to me. So when my one foot hurt after 2 outing I took them back for a full refund. No problem as I had a receipt and it was less than 2 weeks. You get a nice in store discount if you purchase something again within 3 hours. So if you do decide to take something back why not stay a while and shop the clearance rack where's u don't need help fitting into a pair of expense shoes. They have a nice selection of Nike cloths however Top dollar. read more

Dicks Sporting Goods in Saint George Utah is a store I'd stay clear of. A few Months ago my wife and I bought a DMX bike for our 13 year old daughter. She only took it to a skate park twice and on her second visit three weeks after we bought bike the gear that holds the pedals inside the frame broke. I didn't buy the extended warranty but I figured it being less then a month since we bought the bike they would be able to help. I had my recipe and the other paper work they gave me. I was wrong, they said there wasn't anything they could do since I didn't buy the warranty. I said it's only been a few weeks with easy riding. He said yeah it shouldn't have broken so easily but unfortunately there wasn't anything he could do. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with these guys, they don't back up their customers. read more

Under new management! This store has significantly improved! Happy to help employees! All around great customer service!

So. Normally I only use yelp for restaurants, but I just had great customer service over the phone and felt it needed recognition. I wanted a specific Patagonia jacket for my Dad for Christmas and I had looked everywhere for the correct size and color; Patagonia, Back country, etc. I waited on the customer service line forever after receiving an email saying my in store pick up purchase was cancelled. It's two days until Christmas so I called the store to see what they still had available and Greg helped me find what I needed despite my confusing and slightly wrong instructions haha. I got the sweater I needed and Greg didn't make me feel like I was as a burden. Thanks again, Greg! read more

Good luck finding an employee to help you and if you expect that employee you actually know anything you will be disappointed. I suspect the employees know the store will go out of business soon and their attitudes reflect that. read more

The bike mechanic-Ty I think was his name-was so rad! Dicks got so lucky to find an employee like him!

I normally would try to support stores in my local area but with over inflated prices and a poor selection to chose from along with the recent attack on personal freedoms this company has taken I can't knowingly support their buisness any longer. Big5 And sportsmans warehouse in town are a much better selection. read more

For a high margin store they are lacking the customer service I would expect. To be paying such high prices with poor service makes me wonder how this store stays in business. They don't seem to have any reason for being. Sorry Dick's, there are much better options out there for consumers like me and probably won't think of you again next time when I shop. read more

Yes, they have a great selection. But, they are WAY overpriced and the guys that work here are just rude! I will never come back! And if I could give a zero star rating, I would! read more

I like Dick's for great selection and diversity of products. But man are they expensive. You go in to buy a running outfit for you and your wife and walk out having lost weight........from all the cash they took from your wallet. I do feel like it has better quality than your other department stores, but not enough to merit a 200% price difference. Would shop there more (a lot more) if they were more reasonably priced. read more

Store was really clean organized. Greeted when I walked in. The put put course was very clean and had a great selection of drivers and putters. read more

This is one of the best stores I've ever been to The level and standard that they will live by is shown in their day-to-day work everything is neat and clean and organized and the staff is super friendly and awesome. Will definitely return read more

Saw about 8 employees and greeted by none. If my daughter didn't need volleyball shoes by the next day, I would've taken my business elsewhere. The employee in the shoe department just gave me one word answers n didn't really seem to care about helping me. Horrible customer service and I recommend going to Big 5 or anywhere else but this place! And once again, it was the male in the shoe department who needs to be taught how to do his job, I have seven kids, and they're all involved in sports and I guarantee you that I'll go to Vegas if I have to next time! read more

Ok variety of clothing but everything is over priced and the staff is unfriendly. I would much rather shop at any of the great local stores in town than go to one of these big box stores. I've never been given advice that was knowledgeable from any of the staff like I have from a small business. read more

Dicks is a pretty good store with a lot of sporting goods and a decent selection but they are really really expensive. It's best to shop the clearance deals here. The shoe selection isn't that great either, you would be better going to footlocker or just ordering some online from nike.com or eastbay. read more

Just departed Dick's in St. George.. The most disappointing shopping experience. Low inventory in the foot wear department, poorly organized but worst of all, no sales associates every approached. We were in the store for 25 minutes and did purchase however one has to be quite self motivated to find the items you walked in for. Clearly, understaffed with no visible personnel on the selling floor and two cashiers at the cash wrap area. Lacking supervision and overall customer service. read more

Bought the Bowflex weights. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Paul. Clean store. Will be coming back.

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Walked in to buy some tennis shoes for the gym, they had a good selection of shoes and I was asked multiple times if I needed any help. The store isn't the biggest but I was able to pick up a great pair of shoes for a cheap price, that's what I want in a store. read more

This store doesn't care about customer service. Large selection of items. After spending 292.00 on full price items I wanted to purchase a last pair of Asics shoes (. Discounted to 129) and asked them to discount to Zappos or REI price of 99.95. Would not do it because neither is a brick and mortar store in this thriving metropolis of St George. That is the only way they will price match. Joke!! Will continue shopping in Henderson and Summerlin. read more

Being completely honest and unbiased and to validate read other reviews. The two main issues are this store is way overpriced, but like many I don't mind spending a few extra dollars if the customer service is good. This is not the case at Dicks....have been there many times only during sales and each time the staff was completely unaware of promotions, sales, etc...to top things off, all staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked one employee where an item was located and he pointed in a direction and said..."i think over there". read more
