They were only familiar with 9mm ammunition. Leader of gun counter, Joel, was particularly unhelpful and delayed everything.

Matt, who was working at the time, was extremely helpful with all of the questions I had without sounding like he wanted to sell me everything on the back wall. I noticed that they had some bows on the counter that looked like they were having work done and found out that was also a service they offered, so I ended up dropping my bow off the next day to have some work done and some arrows built for a hunting trip. I believe the guys I spoke with were the owners of the shop, and I can't say enough good things about the way they treated me while I was there. I plan on coming here for everything gun/bow/outdoors in the future.

The GM came out introduced himself and we proceeded, clearly communicating that we were only window shopping. Well I guess the GM didn't hear us well enough as the high pressure sales tactics were in full force. After leaving, I felt like I needed to take a shower he was creeping so hard. They bolted it all up and did the warranty activation the next day and had it ready to take back to jax at 3pm. I was in the water by 5.30 for the 1st 2 hrs of its break in period! I can't review the service department, as I have no experience with that, but I haven't heard anything negative either. The parts department has been very friendly & helpful on the few occasions I interacted with them The only reason I didn't rate McDuffie's 5 stars is due to my lack of experience with the the service department. That's a critical component when purchasing a $12,000 to $72,000 fishing boat! Having met the owner on several visits I have little doubt that it's run like the rest of his business- a tight ship!
