I've been a loyal bass shopper ever since the 80s when I had a very bad experience with a bass shoe and I had to send it back to the manufacture. Long story short, they replaced the shoe they also repaired the shoe that was defective and they also made certain I would continue to be a customer by sending a $20 voucher towards my next purchase. Now that's what I call customer service and standing by your product. Because of that, I've never had a bad experience and I've always been loyal to Bass brand. Today I had a great experience shopping in the store. I was greeted by a young associate and she appeared to be the only one in the store. However she welcomed me and even asked if there was anything that I was looking for. She let me look about, try on items, and she followed up appropriately. I found two pairs of shoes which were the same style just two different colors. I don't mind having the same style shoe in two different colors as long as I like it. The only problem with the black pair was that there was not a mate in the box and it wasn't the one on display. I sent it up to the front and she was very apologetic and tried her best to help me look for it. We went through all of the boxes of that color and the adjacent color and a different styles. That shoe is missing in Thin air. Not one to give up especially if I love the shoe and I wanted it in the black color as well as the cognac, I decided to try a half size down in the black color. Lo and behold it was a perfect fit as well. I walked around to make sure that I had room in the toebox and my foot was comfortable. So I want to half size down in the cognac too. I was happy. The young lady stated she would research further and place it in mismatch mates. I really liked her level of service and care and her empathy. Needless to say I'll be back.

I purchased a Ancheer treadmill from Amazon and we had to put it together. After we did it would…read moreturn on but not work. We tried for several weeks working with customer service in China but could not get it to work. We called Fractal Fitness Repair because I read such GREAT reviews about them and they sure deserved those reviews!! I spoke with the owner Adam who was so nice on the phone and he sent out Miguel to figure out what the problem was. Miguel was just as nice as he could be and very knowledgable. He figured out we had accidentally broken the wire that ran down one of the side pieces when we installed the cross bar. After having tried all kinds of things, taking pictures etc for several weeks we were so happy to quickly have the problem figured out. Miguel even took the manual and figured out exactly which wire it was and the part number so we could inform the guy in China which one we needed. All is well now, it works!!! We will definately call Fractal Fitness any time we need a repair for it again.
