I took a gun safety and shooting class at Tango Down, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I felt safe, respected, and well-supported throughout the training. I learned so much and left feeling genuinely confident handling firearms as tools, with care and intention. Rick was phenomenal. He clearly taught me how to load safely, understand where the safety mechanisms are, and how to properly use what I called my "aim thingy." When I felt nervous, he validated me while still correcting me in a way that built confidence rather than embarrassment. His real-life experience added depth and credibility to the training. Chris reinforced everything with a calm, gentle, and reassuring approach, and the two of them work seamlessly together. Last but not least, Calvin was a sweetheart and a great addition to the team. I've known about this place for years and wish I'd gone sooner. I finally put my fear aside, and I'm so glad I did. I can't wait to go back and continue practicing and improving.
