All colors, styles and price ranges. They were having a trade in with a discount of 30 percent. Staff at this location was very attentive, helpful and accommodating. I will continue to shop here whenever I am in Columbus GA.

It's not a fresh smell. Just a CVS smell. That said, it's been a long time since I've been in one... so it was a bit nostalgic. Anyway, this was nothing special but had much more options than the first store I went to. The guy at the other store actually told me to try cvs. (I needed a knee brace because I left mine at home). They have the important pull back toy car section that is also a standard in a CVS. not that I need that, but it brings back memories of when my boy was a toddler. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Store wasn't that clean, but you just need to get your stuff and go.

I consulted good ole Amazon, but nothing would be here in time.... so I googled scrubs vendors in Columbus and Famous Brands popped up. I phone over to see if they'd have what I needed, the lady who answered went through the store to see if they had what I needed, told me she'd pull what she could find and would hold them for me since I could come over. When I arrived, it was all right there for me to try on. I was so relieved that they had exactly what I needed and that she was so incredibly helpful!

Unfortunately it was the wrong color for her class and I asked if it could be exchanged. The staff refused an exchange, although it was within the allotted return time, stating due to it being a special order, it could not be exchanged. I told them that I was not informed of this before ordering and they pointed to a small sign at the front which stated this. I think that this was unfair because you should not expect your customers to read all of your posted signs. The customer should be informed verbally of this. So instead of them sucking it up and exchanging the items (NOT REFUNDING), they chose to lose a big spending client. That is ok. THEIR LOSS IS BETTY'S OF OPELIKA GAIN.
