She asked "do we have any Federal shot shell ammo?" He replied "not unless it came in today." She then went back to the counter and resumed working on her hands and chatting with her visitors. I asked "does that mean no?" She replied "that means no," never bothering to ask if she could order some or if I needed additional help. Absolutely horrible service.
