I have done business with Shoe Show in Oneonta, Al. since it opened here. Yesterday was the worst…read moreexperience I've ever had there. There were 3 young girls there supposed to be working and helping customers but this was not the case. The whole time they were acting out and giggling the whole time I was in there shopping for a pair of tennis shoes. When I went to pay for the pair of shoes that I picked out they were giggling and not not paying attention to their behavior. The girl that was at the register was looking at them and laughing. When I tried to ack a question she was too busy laughing with them to even hear what I said. I told her to never mind then since she didn't care what I had to ask any way. I had done paid for my shoes by then or I would have left without buying them. I was appalled at this behavior! I called corporate but I felt like nothing will be done about it though. I don't think I will be back unless customer service improves.
