The salesperson said she would loosen the shoe laces. I take partial responsibility for questioning that solution vs trying another shoe. Long story short, within 1 week of wearing the shoes I was in so much pain and noticed a bruise on the inside of my foot where the pain was located. I went back to my old shoes and made an appt with my podiatrist. I was diagnosed with posterior tibia tendonititis, put on PT for 1 month and have to wear a boot at night. As a courtesy I called the owner before writing this review and basically he said I should have called them for a refit and refund for the shoes . I did not do this because the refund policy stated they would not refund worn shoes and to be honest I did not feel comfortable with the negative employee interaction, thats where the bad vibes come in. They assured me that it would be finished within 1-2 hours. I showed up an hour later as they were just finishing up. One of the associates was letting me know some of the features as the tech took it for a quick spin post build. They did not upsell me on accessories that I may or may not need, they helped me pick out a helmet and gave me some tips for my new bike, as well as offered me two free tune ups as a new customer. I am relatively new to disc golf so I was really impressed that the owner took time to explain…read morethings to me and walked me out onto the course, explained the basic types of discs and showed me how to throw. I'm sure he would not have had time to do this had they been busy but they weren't so I really lucked out! They have a great selection of discs in their pro shop and they even have an area where you can enjoy a snack, soda or adult beverage! The course itself is absolutely beautiful and there are parts that have beautiful views. They host PDGA tournaments which are really cool too. I will definitely return!
