Purchase 3 pairs online... one was coming from Texas one out of Ceres and the last from Sacramento. I'm receiving notification of where my packages are at. Now I get notified that one pair has been delivered (I have them sent to the WSS on hammer ln bc it closer to my work) next day I receive another saying another pair has been delivered. I'm waiting for the last one from Texas , so I call to confirm that both shoes are in the store. WSS employee answers the phone greets me but I could understand him bc he spoke super fast so it sounded like mumbling. I told him I wanted to confirm that my shoe were there bc I was notified that it was. He then gets his manager, I wanted to confirm my shoe were in... this dude says " You know what had happen was fedex dropped them off- and probably picked them back up thinking it was an out going package, and they just come and go we don't communicate with them too often." WAIT TF YOU MEAN YA DONT COMMUNICATE WITH YA VENDORS WHO HAVE TO SCAN EACH PACKAGE WHEN RECEIVING AND SHIPPING THEM OUT AND HAVE TO SIGN FOR THEM???? Assuming WSS would help by tracking my package THAT WAS ALREADY IN THE STORE WAIT TO BE PICKED UP BY THE CUSTOMER... they send to contact fedex ground to find out where it's at! MY PACKAGE WAS SIGNED BY A CAMILA OBVIOUSLY THAT ISNT ME!!!! Sounds like some shady stuff going on with WSS EMPLOYEES AND FEDEX GROUND!!! Thinking it was going to be a quick come up ! So just be careful f&cking with WSS . I only received 2 pairs out of 3 that I purchased. And whenever confronted with question about the last pair they confuse about what I'm asking like I'm speaking another language????? Still waiting on the pair or my f@cking refund!!!!!!! I do not support Target or it's policies but I had some Target Circle points expiring and I wasn't…read moreabout to let them keep a penny more than I could take from them, so I stopped in here to use it to get some treats for my dog. I'm actually not even sure how I had the points as I haven't been to a Target in a long time . There is one product that I can't seem to find anywhere else that I did purchase online within the last year so I assume that's it. Anyway, despite my obvious disdain for this company, I was very surprised at how nice and clean the store is. I really liked that they had size inclusive mannequins and models. That is definitely not something I had growing up and coming here and it's a step in the right direction. They have a grocery section which , although small , was clean and well organized . I found the Oura rings that I have been hearing about lately on display and they had lots of Star wars Lego sets on display as well which was pretty awesome. I hated that they also had some cute shirts that I wanted to get for my husband, but I refuse to spend my money here unless it's absolutely necessary. The lines were short when I went to check out and the cashier wished me a happy birthday as she had to enter my birth month and day to use the target circle points for the purchase. It was actually quite nice. Still, despite my good experience today, I will not return to this store until they make a genuine effort to instill progressive policies and vow to treat EVERYONE with respect.

There were only two cashiers open and one self-checkout, with what looked like 50+ people waiting in line. It was overwhelming and unrealistic for families or anyone on a schedule. After standing there and seeing no movement, I made the decision to walk out and leave our cart. I've never done that before, but the wait just wasn't manageable. I'm not sure how checkout staffing is planned here, but for how busy the store was, I expected much better. Target is usually reliable, which made this experience especially disappointing. I hope this location improves staffing during peak times, because long checkout lines can undo an otherwise good shopping experience very quickly.
