They carry all the name brands you want: from Lulu to Vuori to Hoka and beyond. Prices are higher but Gazelle stands by their products and have a generous return policy! Times have changed and the tech vests are no more, but $1 flip flops are making their comeback and Old Navy has plenty of patriotic gear for the Fourth of July. This location is pretty large and has a decent selection of basic clothes that I like to buy seasonally, including their luxe line of t-shirts and cute printed dresses. I've never really seen the store in disarray except for in the fitting room area, which is sort of awkwardly located in the middle of the store so there's not much space to wait in line. The employees working there have always been polite, and the long lines move quickly. I get a little annoyed with the constant badgering of "are you sure you don't want to sign up for emails / Old Navy credit card / etc." whenever I check out, but I know that's just part of working in retail. There's plenty of parking at this location, but the lot is arranged in a weird manner and usually seems kind of hectic.

I've had one of the worst experiences at this store. I bought a pair of boots there, had them for a…read moreweek, and NEVER worn them. I just simply didn't want them. I went to go return them with the original receipt to get my money back, and a manager named Pam told me they could not take them back or return my money. I explained I was in last weekend, and never worn them. She still wouldn't take them. So I decided to call the supervisor of the store, and I kept getting someone on the other line saying they will send in my request. I called numerous times to try to talk to someone, or to see if my request was read. (This was within 2 1/2 weeks of the purchase) On the third week, the supervisor finally called, and during that phone call, the call got dropped. So I called again, no answer. I kept on them about my request, and finally the supervisor called back AFTER the 30 days was up and said there was nothing they could do. They purposely called after the 30 days so I couldn't return them and get my money back. I will NEVER go here again, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of stores within the outlet mall with better shoes, and better customer service.
