I came in looking for a youth batting helmet... the guy literally walked up to a shelf, grabbed one and BOOM. Done. Half the price as the cheap ones on Amazon and in great condition. Staff was helpful and friendly, too. Moving forward, we'll make it a point to stop here for gently used equipment for our boys!

It's 8:45pm, we just checked into the hotel, and we're calling around for someone who has volleyball shoes in stock. These shoes aren't something you just go to Meijer or Wal Mart to purchase. Dick's Sporting Goods and Dunham's couldn't help us out. Thankfully we called Johnny Mac's! Not only did they have a variety of volleyball shoes for us to choose from, they stayed open 20 minutes past their closing time to take care of us and help us out of this bind. Their service was to notch! We weren't rushed to get out of there, Jeff and Hannah took the time to make sure we got EXACTLY what we needed and were well informed about what we were purchasing. Great people, great selection, great store! They've only been open for two weeks, they deserve your business, you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit. Stopped in there yesterday to pick up a pair of women's lax goggles for my daughter. Explained to…read moreemployee that her women's goggles were apparently taken by a team mate & their youth goggles were left in their place. He pointed me in the direction, but did not walk me over to where female goggles are. I asked him across the store if all goggles on the shelf he directed me to, were women's and not girls. He assured me they were ALL women's, and so I grabbed a grey pair & made my purchase. Got them home & realized the were in fact female youth 12 & under, the exact same pair she was in possession of. I like to support local businesses & that's why I shop there, but at this point I placed an order for a pair of women's goggle from amazon. Went back to the store later in the day to return & the return literally took over 20 minutes as the individual was having trouble processing it. Have had totally different experiences shopping in this store with & without my boyfriend with me. Will not be shopping here in the future.

I've had one of the worst experiences at this store. I bought a pair of boots there, had them for a…read moreweek, and NEVER worn them. I just simply didn't want them. I went to go return them with the original receipt to get my money back, and a manager named Pam told me they could not take them back or return my money. I explained I was in last weekend, and never worn them. She still wouldn't take them. So I decided to call the supervisor of the store, and I kept getting someone on the other line saying they will send in my request. I called numerous times to try to talk to someone, or to see if my request was read. (This was within 2 1/2 weeks of the purchase) On the third week, the supervisor finally called, and during that phone call, the call got dropped. So I called again, no answer. I kept on them about my request, and finally the supervisor called back AFTER the 30 days was up and said there was nothing they could do. They purposely called after the 30 days so I couldn't return them and get my money back. I will NEVER go here again, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of stores within the outlet mall with better shoes, and better customer service.

switched from running to a bike a couple years ago and have loved it...but i have absolutely no…read morefeel for doing my own maintenance. was having some shifting issues on my gravel bike, tried to do some tinkering a couple of days before my very first race ever...and completely bollixed it. went to biked for an emergency fix, and they turned it right around (and did a few additional things that needed doing) in time for me to get to the starting line calm and confident. the race nearly killed me, but they got me there. casey was great - took the time to chat about the repair, but more importantly, he met me where i was and didn't make me feel like a dope, which sometimes happens. i'll definitely be back - for repairs, for their next 'mechanic's school' sessions, and for an upgrade, when i'm ready.
