Staff was helpful and friendly, too. Moving forward, we'll make it a point to stop here for gently used equipment for our boys!

I never made it to REI. The people at Village were very knowledgeable and helpful. They had me out riding 4 different bikes in my range almost immediately, helping me decide on a Specialized old fart's bike (1X8, step thru, 2.4 tires). I was disappointed that they did not have the trip computer I needed, but that is a separate issue. There was a problem with the bike on my first ride, but they resolved it promptly when I took it back in. Their prices are comparable to others, they have a lot of stock, and the showroom is large and comfortable.

Not only did they have a variety of volleyball shoes for us to choose from, they stayed open 20 minutes past their closing time to take care of us and help us out of this bind. Their service was to notch! We weren't rushed to get out of there, Jeff and Hannah took the time to make sure we got EXACTLY what we needed and were well informed about what we were purchasing. Great people, great selection, great store! They've only been open for two weeks, they deserve your business, you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit.
