Unbelieveable service and expertise from Cody and his team. They are trusted by esteemed drivers…read moreall over the greater Syracuse area, trusting them to work on their highly valuable cars. I dropped off my 18 Tesla Model S 100D to Cody on a Monday, easily spent more than 35-40hrs on it, putting a lot of elbow grease on what appeared to be a multi-step paint correction process, and then topped it all off with a generous coat of Revivify, which is essentially a perfect marriage of ceramic coating and PPF (it's like liquid PPF that retains and improves upon the benefits of ceramic and PPF, with no downsides. Yes, it's still almost 10 nm thick). Expect to spend $1000-2500 however. His craftsmanship doesn't come cheap, but its value is more than worth any potential sticker shock you might come across. If you don't want quality service, you should move along and find others. I had a significant amount of swirls and deep rock chips that had gotten deep into my paint, which 2 other detailers couldn't correct, or were brave enough to cut into my Tesla's paint. But Cody was able to do so with confidence and his results were amazing. Highly recommended small business establishment.

About 4 hours into the drive, I could no longer tolerate it, and decided to take matters into my own hands. I began looking into mobile car detailing options, since I didn't have the time to drive her car to an offsite location. Dave showed up the next day and got to work. He spent several hours meticulously cleaning both the outside and inside of the car (in the rain, nonetheless!). I was a bit skeptical that he could get this car back to it's glory days, especially the very worn and stained seats... this car had really taken a beating and was in super rough shape. However, Dave is an absolute miracle worker, and somehow managed to remove said stains completely. In addition, he went above and beyond to bring the rest of the car back to life as well. I spent the entire drive back to DC thinking about how much better life is with a clean car, and how grateful I was that I reached out to Dave. He's the real deal -- friendly, meticulous, honest, efficient, and affordable. You can tell that he really loves what he does, takes great pride in his work, and is incredibly good at it. If you're looking for any type of detailing service in the Syracuse area, look no further -- Dave is the best there is!

Mud on the seats, dog hair in every nook and cranny and streaks from his nose rubbing on the windows. My car was quickly looking less and less like the new vehicle I had purchased just over a year ago. That's when I heard about Dave. Dave didn't just return my car to it's glory days, he made it look and feel even better than it did coming off the lot. This was a professional clean through and through. I was impressed with the level of customer service as well. He comes to you so you don't have to worry about losing your car for the day. With his prices, I can't wait to spread the good news with my friends in similar situations. TL;DR: You won't get a better professional quality detail for this price in Syracuse. Not to mention, he's mobile and comes to you! Incredible.

This time I started at the gas pump, where I got a discount for purchasing a wash at the same time. (You get a bigger discount if you're an unlimited monthly member, but I don't come often enough to justify that.) I asked the interior cleaning whether I should get the wash first and they told me if I did I'd get a complimentary wax. I literally "ooh-ed," and followed their advice. It was a little busier than I thought it would be on a weekday afternoon, but everything went fast. Other drivers in the car wash line were cooperative in merging. I finished with the interior clean. All of the Delta Sonic staff were very nice. There's a waiting area with some tables inside the convenience store where you can sit while you wait for your car. I grabbed a snack and got to work. Like 20 minutes or so, my car was done. This time I noticed they were a little sloppier than in past times - there was still some pet hair and some crumbs visible in my interior, which is kind of annoying if I'm paying $40. I didn't notice until after I'd already left, probably should check better next time. On the whole though it did look cleaner and I was very happy with the service.
