This is the rust underneath they hid with 5 inches of mud called under it why would you sell a car caked with mud for 36k?

Just sold my elderly veteran step father a rusted out Canadian truck without disclosing the rust now refuses to take it back 4 days after the deal was done and he discovered the rust. Tells my step dad it's funded by the finance company nothing we can do.. scandalous company I called her to talk to them and they threatened me. Avoid this place at all costs. There are a lot of good dealers out there this is not one of them.

Autumn was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable and affable. I had many questions while trying to decide on my purchase and she was patient and went over every detail of the truck with me and every detail of finance and trading in my current car of which I was very apprehensive about replacing. I ultimately did purchase from this dealership solely based on my interaction with Autumn! I highly recommend this dealership and I will add that everyone I came in contact with here was very friendly and professional and the dealership itself was spotless and welcoming. If you are looking for a vehicle, make an appointment with Autumn! She is patient, kind and professional, you will be happy with your experience for sure.

Dave and ai worked with Josh Plemmons on this truck and he did an outstanding job. Recommend Canby Ford.

Josh Plemmons was awesome to work with. Canby ford was a great no pressure sales approach. Answered all our questions and provided 5 star service.

Mr Zak went above a beyond. Did us the huge favor of delivering it to our home. And sign paperwork. Awesome guy. Super chill

A couple of months ago, I visited Canby Ford to look at a Mazda CX-5. It was everything I was looking for, except the price was a bit higher than I wanted to spend. After some back and forth with our sales guy, Darrien, we couldn't agree on a price, so we ended up leaving. They told us they'd be losing money by selling the car to me and would likely auction it off in a couple of weeks if it didn't sell (which is a crazy thing to say to a customer who is actively trying to buy the car). A couple of days later, they contacted me, saying they could lower the price by $600, which was supposedly the best they could do. Since I had been car shopping for almost two months and really liked the car, I agreed to the deal. Excited about the deal going forward, I showed my friend the car's listing online, only to find out that their Beaverton location had dropped the price by around $2,500. This was surprising, especially since Canby Ford had claimed they would be losing so much money selling it to me. I contacted the Beaverton location, managed to negotiate an even lower price, and arranged to visit the next day. Eventually, both dealerships realized I was in contact with both of them, but Canby Ford agreed to match the price listed online (though they weren't happy about it, lol). The sales manager from Canby called to have me arrange a time with Darrien, my original sales guy, and marked the car as sold. I immediately contacted Darrien via text, and he told me he was out of town but to come in the next day. On the day I was supposed to finalize the purchase, I confirmed that paying in cash was okay, only to be told that they had sold the car out from under me the day before. After all the back and forth, they sold the car despite having told me it was marked as sold. I tried calling for an explanation, but no one answered my calls. I was extremely upset since this was my first time buying a car on my own. I believe they were upset that I managed to get a lower price and didn't want to sell me the car. They reached out to apologize to my father-in-law, who was helping me with the process, but never once reached out to me or took accountability. Luckily, I ended up finding a nicer car two weeks later and moved on from the situation. That was until they continued to contact me about other cars, asking if I was interested. I told them twice to stop calling me because I had already purchased another vehicle and to take me off their call and email lists because of the terrible experience I had with them. Even then, I let it go--until today when they contacted me to ask if I wanted to SELL the car I purchased at another dealership! After all the back and forth and me expressing how much I disliked them, they are still trying to contact me and to SELL MY CAR? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are the most dishonest and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Lack of customer service is one thing, but lack of common sense is another.

just bought a 2024 ford ranger from Zak. Everyone there was amazing and beyond helpful and Zak did everything he could to get me a great deal and give me everything he could. I brought my motorcycle to the dealership and they helped me load it into the back of the truck by hand. beyond what you would get customer service wise anywhere else and with the great deals it is hard to beat!

I recently went to look at a Buick that looked like a total time capsule in the photos but the…read morereality on the lot was a different story. I grew up around these Buicks and have a lot of sentimental value attached to the 3800 engine platform so I was excited to find a low mileage example in the local area. Unfortunately the interior did not live up to the premium asking price as the center console was physically broken and held together with tape and the passenger grab handle was completely snapped off. While the exterior of the car presented well and the tires were in great shape the engine made a very concerning funky noise that did not sit right with me. It is disappointing to see a dealer ask top dollar, well over book value for a vehicle while ignoring obvious interior damage and mechanical red flags that would require a significant investment to fix. I attempted to make a fair offer based on the actual condition of the car and the work needed to make it roadworthy but the dealership was not willing to budge on their price. If you are looking for a car that is truly in the condition described in the ad you might want to look elsewhere because this one feels more like a project than a polished classic. I really wanted to love this car for the nostalgia but a high price tag should come with a car that has been properly maintained both inside and out.

Honest are the three words that come straight to my mind when I think of Oregons Best Auto Sales. I will definitely do business and refer my friend's family to them. Dear Parker Johnstone,…read more Last week, I called Wilsonville Honda to get a quote on a side view mirror replacement. Jessica quoted me a total price and confirmed it included everything, including labor. When I called back today to discuss options with the parts department, I learned the mirror could be ordered without an additional cap component, saving me money on parts. I appreciated his honesty. Afterward, I contacted the service department to confirm the new total. Rihanna quoted me a new price that remained nearly identical to the original quote, which didn't make sense if the parts cost went down. When I called back to discuss this with Jessica, she became defensive. Rather than working through the math with me, she claimed her original quote had never included the cap, directly contradicting what she had told me last week. Unwilling to admit that she had misquoted me, she attempted to rewrite history by gaslighting the parts department representative, who'd been completely professional and straightforward with me, by suggesting they had misquoted me. When I calmly tried to explain what had actually happened, Jessica dismissed the conversation entirely, saying "This conversation is going nowhere". Throughout this experience, both Jessica and Rihanna's attitude and refusal to listen to the customer was apparent. This was not the positive, excellent customer service I had come to expect. On multiple occasions, I've driven an hour to this dealership in the past because of your reputation. The dismissive, high school level behavior of Jessica and Rihanna have soured my impression of your dealership and have made me unwilling to return. I made it clear from the start to both of your staff members that this service would be for my mother, a first time customer. Thanks to them and their hostile attitude, you have lost two customers.

Edit: nice try with the damage control, Trinity; respectfully, you were not there and that is NOT how it went. No permission was asked, given, or implied to drive my vehicle. I don't know how you were raised, but where I come from, you ASK before you drive someone else's vehicle, and you park it where you found it, which, in this case, should at LEAST have been somewhere in the parking lot, not out on the curb. In August 2026, I purchased a 2022 BMW X5 from Wilsonville Subaru. At the time of the transaction,…read moreI was told that the financing had been approved. I signed the paperwork, made my down payment, and took possession of the vehicle. More than 30 days later, I unexpectedly received a phone call from the dealership telling me that the financing had never been finalized and that I needed to return the vehicle. After that phone call, I requested that all further communication be handled by email. Before that call, I had not received any written notice stating that the transaction had been cancelled or that the financing had failed. In particular, I did not receive any formal written cancellation notice within the time period that, as I understand it, applies to conditional financing transactions under Oregon law. Shortly before the dealership contacted me, I also discovered several new hard inquiries on my credit report. The dealership later confirmed that they had attempted to obtain financing for me through additional lenders. I was not notified in advance that these new credit applications would be submitted. The situation then became extremely unpleasant. I was repeatedly pressured to return the vehicle on very short notice. In one email, I was effectively given a deadline to return the vehicle by 8:00 PM that same day and was told that otherwise the dealership would "escalate the matter and take further action." After driving the vehicle for more than a month believing that the transaction had been completed, this approach was extremely stressful and intimidating. Ultimately, I returned the BMW at Wilsonville Subaru's request. My complaint is not that financing can sometimes fall through. My complaint is how this entire situation was handled: I was given possession of the vehicle, allowed to drive it for more than a month, then informed of the financing problem without any prior written cancellation notice, additional financing attempts were made, and I was then pressured to return the vehicle almost immediately. What made the experience even more disappointing is that throughout this entire situation, no one from the dealership offered a single apology for the inconvenience, stress, or confusion this caused. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from Wilsonville Subaru.

When we received the vehicle the odometer was significantly more than what was stated through the sales process and in the signed contract. This is fraud. During the transaction they collected several thousands of dollars for the state sales tax and vehicle licensing fees, but took no action to send the title/registration/licensing paperwork and fees to the state MVD. Collecting these fees and failing to complete their contractual obligation constitutes theft and fraud. The roof rack was removed from the vehicle. They neither disclosed this fact or replaced the critical components required to properly seal the vehicle, therefore leaving holes in the roof which exposes the interior and electrical components to weather damage. This is a violation of the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act. We approached these issues directly with the dealership and they have acknowledged that management has been made aware. However, they have failed to reply or contact us in anyway with a resolution plan. Therefore, we have submitted a consumer complaint through the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection division as well as the Better Business Bureau. Zero stars if i could…read more I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. Things started off poorly when I arrived for an appointment that I had scheduled in advance and was told I didn't have one. After showing voicemail messages and phone records confirming the appointment, it was acknowledged that I did have one, but I was informed that several other vehicles would now be ahead of me. Over the next several months, with my approval, additional work was added beyond the original estimate. When I finally received the vehicle back, the bill was nearly three times higher than the original quote. Unfortunately, the vehicle immediately developed a severe oil leak from the valve cover area. I was instructed to bring it back, but no tow was offered or suggested despite the severity of the leak. I checked the oil level and attempted to drive it back to the shop. The engine failed and locked up just a couple of miles away, requiring me to have it towed in. After discussing the situation, we agreed that installing a rebuilt engine would be a fair resolution. I agreed to pay $500 for labor and another $500 to add wiring for the oil pressure and generator warning lights. Nearly a year later, I received a call that the vehicle was finally ready for pickup. However, it barely made it a couple of blocks before I discovered the brakes were dragging badly. This was especially frustrating because brake work had been part of the original repair request. The shop kept the vehicle for another couple of weeks before I was able to pick it up for a third time. At that point, I was informed that the newly installed engine would carry absolutely no warranty. After all the time, money, and frustration involved, I ultimately sold the vehicle just to recover some of my expenses. Throughout the entire process, the attitude and communication were overwhelmingly negative and only seemed to worsen over time. What's particularly disappointing is that I used this shop about 17 years ago and received excellent service. I later learned that the mechanic who performed that work has since passed away. Sadly, the quality of service I received this time was nothing like what I remembered. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I would never want someone else to go through what I experienced here.
