You can tell that the ingredients are of a very high quality and the dough recipe is perfect. What really stands out to me is the crust. It has a really nice char and doesn't do that greasy flop thing that most run of the mil pizzerias are putting out. If you have ever had a coal fired pizza that's what it tasted like to me. They have a great oven and the timing is dialed in perfectly. Prior to reviewing the restaurant, I made sure to try it a few times. And I'm happy to say that it is consistently good.
