For us buyers, This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and a huge Clickbait in order to obtain new sales leads and exploiting your customer's property to drive business for yourself. I would like to publicly share my story via this platform since all your "Potential" sellers or buyers should be aware of the shady business model Christian Doherty manages his company. My wife and I made a very high fair offer by several thousand dollars way above the asking price on Saturday, June 28th, 2020 after attending a very disorganized and unsafe and not socially distancing "Open house". This Lister not only ignores our offer but also never replied back to any emails or calls made by our Licensed realtor. It was only until this morning where my realtor sent one final email proposing to present our offer to the seller along with their presence is when they finally replied back. Their answer was simply stating that the seller is very emotional and is having a very tough time selling her childhood home. Therefore, all of the 24 received offers that have gone up to the upper $700,** K were never "answered". However, the customer already made a session over the weekend and went for the buyer with the highest percentage down for a deposit and not the high amount of money for their home. WELL if that is the case. Please TELL ME WHY you keep reposting several times this home as available and for the same amount of $579.99 on your Facebook page and your official company page???. This is such an unprofessional thing to do and I wonder how many other of the 24 buyers you have kept waiting all this time. CUSTOMERS!!!!     The property manager for one. This is the property up in New Hampshire Boulder Park. They take your…read moremoney before you get a chance to see your apartment. They'll show you an apartment, but trust me it's not the one you're going to get. The one you're going to get is basically pretty shabby looking. If you want one that's been refurbished you're going to be paying probably about 200 bucks more a month. This frequent breakdowns. They're very slow in fixing them until you threaten to call the city and have them come out then they fix them. The other thing they do is that there's a condominium complex above them. They encourage the apartment residents to walk up into the condo association with their dogs. They don't clean up after their dogs and it's disgusting. And the simple thing they could do is they've not done is they could put a notice on all of the buildings they have that's saying do not go up into the condominiums that's private property. They don't do that. They actually subtly encourage you to go up there which is just ridiculous. And the fact is there's an awful lot of section 8 housing in there so you can imagine the type of quality people that are walking up into the condos.

It's not safe for anyone. Since I called the state and mill & 3 failed they have harassed me however they can. They diverted my mail. They have stolen packages directed to me. Also I reported a woman who had been harassing me on the complex. They told me they can't get involved in resident disputes. All four of my brand new tires and my car was keyed by this woman and her adult daughter. Princeton is not doing anything about it. Don't come here please. Pictures say everything about what's going on in Princeton communities. If you're quiet and don't mind dying to mold you'll be fine. If you're ok with other residents harassing you and damaging your property and you don't complain you'll be fine. Complain and Princeton will TRY TO come for you. Be smart they are ignorant and the staff are stupid. I was in the hospital admitted for a seizure and Princeton sent a noise complaint to my apartment and nobody was there. Smh do not live in this property. Princeton has many properties in Ma, Maine, NH and I believe possibly Connecticut. Do not rent from them unless you want your rights as a human being to be violated. Yet he told me he needed to do a new plan, even though the builder said it was OK to mark his up. Wanted $3500 for two words.came down to $2500 after discussion with the builder. "Estimate".     CUSTOMERS MUST AVOID THIS PROVIDER…read more This provider is unprofessional to the extreme, not to mention unethical. The provider did not deliver to the stated contract and invoiced prior to accepted completion of deliverables, essentially holding hostage the work with nothing to show for it. Yet, full payment is demanded. The provider will change his own contract terms but will try to hold you to the "t" and even leverage formatting errors he made as a reason the contracted deliverable is not required for payment. Further, he was highly unprofessional in communications and beyond argumentative, he was obnoxiously aggressive to the point that my wife feels unsafe in our home. (I am considering a restraining order against Paul Campbell). The guy obviously hates his job and hates his customers more. Finally, his "two man robotic survey crew" appears to involve an underage worker who somehow gets billed the same as an experienced surveyor. At the end of over a month of waiting for him to begin with more than one follow up (April 20 to May 24) and 60+ days of waiting for results after that, I have nothing whatever to show but him threatening legal action because I refuse to pay for lack of deliverable work. The guy doesn't deserve your business.
